I paid £40 tonight missed a few games due to all boards being dead despite not many in club.
I was split up from my friends and made to sit in wizard area.....I had no seat for 15 minutes while guy went looking but a couple got me one by time he came back empty handed 15 mins later.
I had manual books I missed too stood there ......the guy promised to get me a tablet so I could sit with my group again. Never saw him again.
During interval I went for tablet .....I was spoken down to infront of the customers stood there when I asked if one had a battery .... he said " I sat u
You in the wizard area you don't need one!!!!!
I took one and went back to my friends .... I haven't been in ages as I started going bingo 3000 after this experience I remember why . Money wasted and im extremely upset.

I enjoy going to bingo
I enjoy going to bingo and I feel safe whether on my own or with family/friends.
The staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
However, lately, there has been a shortage of food and drinks, which we're only made aware of when we order; it would be better if there was a way to be notified of any items not available, to help you make your food/drink choices.

The staff at this club are fabulous…
The staff at this club are fabulous special shoutout to the new younger Kieran ( slots host) he always takes time to chat to everyone and makes everyone smile. Susan and Sandra cook amazing food ( you can tell when it’s not one of these ladies) I recently went to the Burnley club and the food was not a patch on the delicious food these ladies serve up. I also like that mark knows everyone’s name and always has time to check in with everyone. Blackburn is a very welcoming club and a real asset to the buzz bingo brand.

I didn't like that last Saturday we…
I didn't like that last Saturday we paid the same for our boards but the paper was only £2 but you also had to buy the flyers. The last 4 house's are always £200. But they didn't even have one £200 they were all £100.

We love coming here, everyone is so lovely. The only thing is the toilets are Baltic!
