Perfection
The manager, Dinesh, and his staff are so warm and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and the social side is second to none! The only place I feel I can go, as a woman on her own, and feel as though I'm wrapped in a safety blanket! Well done!

Smaller and more sociable bingo.
The non-queueing system used at Borehamwood, works really well. The customer picks up the 'tablet' and the staff come round and load the 'tablet' to your requirements. It creates a friendly and sociable atmosphere. However we are still waiting to be able to link the 'tablets' as we used too!

Went last weekend buzz bingo had moved…
Went last weekend buzz bingo had moved across the road in a restaurant people had to share table absolutely disgusted you had to sit with people you don’t know was so small you felt like you was touching each other was so noisy when the game was playing people on the street can look in if someone was I’ll in that place ok sure everyone would get it no table games unless you play the electric games which not everyone has the money for so was just sitting there as nothing else to do would never go back worst bingo on earth wouldn’t even call it a bingo hall don’t go avoid save your money

Just visited the new Buzz Borehamwood…
Just visited the new Buzz Borehamwood and what a disappointment!! Way too small for the amount of people there. Had to share a tiny round table and the place is really cramped. Food choice is now minimal and tables are so small that you wouldn’t have anywhere to put food anyway. Very noisy from slot machine area and many people were missing numbers on paper bingo as they couldn’t hear the caller and didn’t help the sound system seems very muffled. I attended the old venue quite often but I will unfortunately not be visiting the new venue again. Very unenjoyable night. Very disappointed.

The club has moved to a new location
The club has moved to a new location. It is very cramped with a very few tables and people bumping into you constantly. Staff can’t even walk round the space when you call. It’s a shame it’s not bigger

Not for me !
Tables and chairs too big for space so made it very tight and uncomfortable.
Ordered food that was embarrassing and simply no excuse for ( needless to say it was sent straight back)
People turned away as full, maybe breakfast bar with stalls would be good somewhere to accommodate people on their own rather than sitting awkwardly on a table of 4 ( this could have been put down the side or even middle of where the slot machines are and would also seat a lot more without taking loads of room with bulky chairs and tables.
Not a bingo atmosphere, was loud, people chatting, phones and machines. Felt more like and over packed holiday park.
Feel like that half hour break was also too long now when your cramped in a tiny space. Also think only playing books would cause less hustle , bustle and confusion. Would also make it more fun as have a fairer chance to win. But get the money is in the touch pads.
Should have explored other ideas before giving up the old venue.
