Staff friendly and very helpful if you…
Staff friendly and very helpful if you need information or help. Meals always delivered to your table very quickly cooked to order and tasty. It's a good place to socialise with friends or on your own as other customers always acknowledge and speak. The machines are straight forward but staff always there if you need assistance.both afternoon and evening sessions are same . Good when you win but there's always another visit to try if you don't.

Going down hill
Bingo books can be expensive in comparison to the prize money.
Machine staff are not attentive. Very rare you get offered a drink especially on a Friday night or Saturday day. Some staff extremly unprofessional and rude.

Unequal rights …
Why do I have to arrive one hour before the session starts just to get a touch pad? Not enough for everyone wanting one makes it an unequal playing field. Last week queuing out the door because they only have two tills selling packages and the girls were sharing one card reader !

The prize money is poor for the cost of a touchpad
The prize money is poor for the cost of playing. I don't think it is fair when they pile all the money on the last house. 4 at £100 and £500 on the last house.
