I found one of the staff memberssarcastic and rude to me I've not seen her for a long time and all I said was are you the caller she was really rude and unprofessional to me i didnt like her attitude and she was sarcastic very sarcastic. The other staff was great and prices of food and drink was good value but I wont be back here. Because of rude staff please slow down as well when playing paper bingo I couldnt keep up the caller was going to fast and I missed some numbers as well I've not been to the grimsby bingo club for a long time. The caller goes to fast far to fast. Lady at the bar brilliant very nice food and drink and the ones selling books are also very good as well but I wont be back because she goes way to fast calling

I've been going since I turned 18…
I've been going since I turned 18 almost every week. The staff are lovely and the food is yummy. It's a nice play to go with friends or family and it's especially nice when you win 🤣

Very welcoming and friendly team
Very welcoming and friendly team, happy to talk me through options and had a very pleasant evening. The staff on the front desk were exceptional they were patient and took time to make me feel welcome and talk me through the options as well as give information on how I could use my vouchers for future visits. Getting a drink was easy and the atmosphere was laid back and fun. The toilets were very clean too. Well worth a night out, I will be returning :)
