We went on Bank Holiday Monday as we had been given a voucher for a free burger and drink, When we got there we were told it was only through an app for cheap bingo and the burger free which nobody had been told about. There were others as well that had the voucher and we had to have a long discussion until eventually we were told we could have the burger. It was also advertised as having 2 x £100 full houses but there was only 1 x £100 which often happens. I know it is subject to how many people attend but things should not be promised that cannot be given. Sometimes they put the money up substantially and then because there aren't enough people attending the prizes are reduced, which seems very unfair.

Outrageous lady manager
I used to go there often. But since I came across an outrageous manager, I swear I will never set my foot in there again. This place is getting worst. Other casinos around there always treat me nicer with a better attitude and respect.

what a terrible place, drunks and crack head looming around outside, place also looks like it is falling apart.
