Friendly club
Staff are attentive and friendly.
There were lots of in -house games which I prefer to link games.
I would have given 5 stars but the food available is very limited. I feel that salads and sandwiches should be on the menu especially in the summer months.

I felt welcomed

Better experience
A improvement on previous visits in staff attitudes and friendliness
Not happy that in the friendly lounge all the computers were locked by customers who were not actually there so all four of us had to have a hand held one and sit in a booth
We were actually offered a drink while playing the machines which was a very pleasant surprise and the young fellow was very polite and helpful
The bar staff were also more friendly
The ticketing staff were good but not the one serving us didn’t give us the amount of tickets we were offered in our text so not very competent
The prize money was very good so we will arrange to go again

Gala Bingo Friendly & welcoming …
Friendly & welcoming always very busy & we get there very early to get the seats we want the staff are always smiling helpful and friendly when we go its not always on the same days each week and we always get the same reception from all staff I’m not young if I have problems with my boards they change sort them out with a smile & it’s not always the same staff there all the same warm n friendly not only me and my daughter but everyone you they deal with I’ve been to quite a lot of Gala clubs around the Kent area Birmingham Bristol Dover Coventry Eltham to name a few over the years with my husband when he was alive now my daughter takes me and we go regularly to Medway regularly because it’s the cleanest and best polite friendly club ever and I will keep going there while I’m am able too…..Gale to me is the number one in Bingo entertainment

Sad, disappointing and probably won't go again
Booked 7 - 9 slot. 4 people with other extra games. Pace wasn't just fast, it was ridiculous. There was a sort of break where you could purchase extra games via the slot machines type thing on the table....but little or no instructions were given and as trying to have a drink that we had ordered...had to give up!
As I ordered first round of drinks, I enquired how to order food and was informed kitchen about to shut as "Bingo ......Rave?" Was happening from 9 til 1 am.I
So ordered chips and shouldn't have bothered as no time to eat them.
And then during the games. We were informed we would have to leave directly after the last game due to the "Rave". Time we had to leave.?? 8.15 pm.
2 stars given for the nice staff serving. Not their fault.
Real disappointment.
Felt sad for us and my visiting family and the little old ladies ordered out.
Spoke to a senior staff member on way out......apparently should have checked....fb?

Any event, such as the one you have described, would be advertised in the run up around the club and online so I appreciate that if you do not follow the club on social media, or visit often, that you would not be aware of the party night.
I can only apologise you felt rushed on the night due to the party, and we would never want this to be an experience for any player.

Spice Girls Bada Bingo at…
Went to Spice Girls Bada Bingo at Rochester site. The advert advises it is from 8pm to 1pm. Nothing happened until 9.45pm. All designed to get people there early paying at the bar. The whole night was seriosly dragged out with breaks (shot breaks according to the entertainers). The entertainers on stage were having the best time swearing, dancing around talking nonsense. Being as there were a full house of people, all having paid £15 per head, they could have done better with the prizes. I know this is alternative bingo but handing out blow up this and that, teabags and other cheap and nasty items is marketing genius on your part ! We left early, as did many others. As for it being a Spice Girls Themed night, I heard two spice girls songs.

AVOID FIXED WITH BOTS
AVOID. Same names always win in bingo online rooms. How can that be unless they are bots. Never get even close to win.so how can the same few names win game in game out.same names on most days. Spent £5 a day for 2.5 weeks just to experiment.and its so abvious. Got to 1 away 4 times in 2.5 weeks. Over 100 tickets per 1p game. Even when there is only a few people. Same in house at bingo over 1 year going every week. Yet a table full of new commers always win. Prob buzz bingo secret bingo players with a fixed win. BUZZ BINGO IS A DISSCUSTING FIX. AVOID..
