I went with my mother and sister in law we all had a lovely time it was half way through been renovated and looked great, the link games was all down but the staff made up with some in club buzz board games to keep it fun for all who was there. I play mostly online at buzz now but it’s always nice to be able to go to the club itself

No offer on food that should have been curry and pint £5 , no rice so couldn’t do it. Then waited an hour for curry and chip £7.60 . Bingo rubbish as well as people winning and not even shouting. We have been going for years and haven’t won for ages so don’t know if it’s worth going again

I am sorry to hear that your visit to our Sheffield Parkway club was not as you were expecting. I will ensure to pass your comments regarding food availability to the club for future improvement.
In terms of people winning in club, it is advisory to also shout when you have a win, however on our touchpads we do have a 'Claim' button which players can choose to press to alert the caller.
Understanding your feelings regarding the outcome of your gameplay in club, we would like to point out that we are a regulated company and are constantly being monitored by the relevant authorities to ensure that we provide fair game play to all our players.
Following from this, as a regulated company that is licensed by the Gambling Commission, there is absolutely no way that we can influence the outcome of any games, this includes the ratio of payouts.
We do hope you give us another chance and hope to see you soon.

A caller called Richard
There's a caller called Richard who is without doubt the jewel in the crown of parkway central buzz bingo. He's by far the best caller we have ever seen. He's funny and entertaining but above all he's the most polite and helpful member of staff in there. Not taking anything away from all the other staff as they too are very helpful and polite, but Richard is another league. We agree that if Richard was to enter the caller of the year he would be in with a very good chance of winning. Congratulations to buzz bingo parkway for employing him as he makes our experience so much more enjoyable 😉
