Bingo day out
My Mrs wanted to go to bingo for her birthday! We went to the Buzz Bingo in southampton, was a first for me. It was great fun! Hats off to the guys on the front desk, they said they were 2 staff short, so they were running back and forth dealing with issues, they were all really helpful. We used the tablets which was good as I'm not as quick with the dabber! Overall we had a great time and good laugh, plus the Mrs won £100 🙌

I went there today and won i called my…
I went there today and won i called my number and put my hand up with the ticket the man looked at me. So we waited and waited for our money and no one came so we went to the front and they said we didn’t claime it they showed us the voice recording and you couldn’t hear me properly cause the man shouted claimed we also told them to look at the security footage but they said no so I will not be going back there again it was honestly a joke

I am sorry to hear of your experience with your claim. Whenever there is a dispute regarding claims we follow a standardised process in the club to maintain fairness for all affected or querying customers nationally which involves reviewing the audio recording from the Bingo Hall.
Unfortunately it is the customers responsibility to stop the game when playing Bingo which should be achknowledged from the Bingo Caller if a claim has been made successfully. I'm sorry for any dissapointment caused.
