I have been playing bingo with you for many years now however whilst playing the other night on the website NOT at my local venue i was extremely annoyed!!! i was down to 1 number and my tickets disappeared? i put this in the chat only to be told to re join this happened a few times the commentators didn't srrm to care or show any interest at all.
i took screenshots of the game ID 53473784290 This is where the ticket went and i was left with 4 to go

Bingo caller on his phone and missed call
Bingo caller on his phone, for all linked up games and missed the call as he was distracted. Also left to change into non work clothes. Better customer service at a car boot sale
