Love these clubs used central London and Reading - defo recommend

Dear Buzz Gym Team, High Wycombe

I’m writing to express my concern about the lack of training space during peak hours, especially around 6 p.m.

At that time, the gym is very busy, yet large portions of the floor particularly TRACK & FIELD and free-training areas are blocked off for group classes. As a paying member, I often find there’s not enough room or equipment available to train properly.

When I raised this with a staff member, I was told to change my training time. Unfortunately, that isn’t practical for me, as evenings are the only time I can attend. I feel that peak hours should prioritise open access for all members.

I’d appreciate it if the gym could reconsider the scheduling of classes during rush hours or find a better balance so that regular members can still use the facilities they pay for.

I went to the gym at 12.30am tonight. My code did not work, I paid over £30 in taxi fares, absolutely disgusting. No help as it’s night time, put a member of staff on at least to help the customers. Shocking service

I just want to complain that i joined members at 13 August 2025 , paid 33pounds for the first month, but yesterday at 6:30pm 25th August 2025, i was trying to access the Gym, but I couldn’t get in, because you have cancelled /removed my membership from your system already. You said because i cancelled online, but i just gave18 days notice to cancel my membership, how come you stopped my access -effective immediately! It is unfair as I have already paid for a whole month and you remove my membership immediately when I gave notice. Why you don’t allow people to give early notice ? Please can you reinstate my account or provide a full refund due to your system faulty/ failure. Many thanks!

Swindon gym- Used to love this gym but going to be moving elsewhere. The gym is extremely dirty especially the studio. You can't wear any new clothes or socks without walking out with black dirt on you. The mats are disgusting and need replacing with ones that can actually be properly cleaned. Also not enough supplies to make it clear they should be cleaned. The floor itself is also always dirty.

Rubbish left in fitting rooms and toilets always gross, bins full and not emptied be dry often ect.
Yoga sessions now interrupted by loud spin class next door so it's not a calming experience at all ( no fault of the teacher) but very poor planning. Other members also try and barge in mid session and expect to be let in causing disruption to the class. Extremely poor gym.

I’ve been working out at Buzz Gym Slough since December 2022 but today I had a really disturbing experience. A guy was inside the changing room with two laptops open and having a video-call. I told him to leave because there is not an appropriate place to have a videoconference as he could be secretly broadcasting people getting change to some audience. But the most annoying thing is that the manager told me they don’t have policy against this and he only could do something if I had proof the guy was recording inside the changing and then he gave me his back I let me arguing with the guy at the reception. Are we allowed to have video-calls inside the changing room? Would anyone be comfortable with a situation like this?

I love Buzz Gym, Slough. It's such good value for money. I recently enjoyed Paula's spin class on Monday evening, and I am excited to try out the other classes (please bring back Kundalini Yoga).

Buzz gym slough is good, well maintained especially with all the equipment is good condition. Had a chance to interact with one of the trainer during the session, Hamza, he was super helpful and patiently answered to all my queries and helped me to understand plan to reach my goals.

Excellent facilities, always clean and well maintained though admittedly it could use a few more handles by the machines.

I'd like to specifically mention the fantastic coach; Mr Oscar B, who signed me up and made me feel welcomed.

Brand new gym located at Reading East Winnersh opened December 2024 it's bursting with top quality equipment, great facilities including massage clinic and a relaxing lounge to unwind plus free parking and fantastic staff always happy to see you. free WiFi

Staff is very racist not good experience I paid my membership fee but after a month will cancel mine and go back pure gym

I would like to tell awareness, buzz gym charged my account twice , I am being emailing buzz gym , Harrow, n they not giving refund, no response, no reply this is not acceptable be careful.

Buzz gym Swindon, This gym is great. Always clean and tidy. Amazing range of equipment. Plenty of fab classes to, Hollys spin classes are the best. All of the pt’s are friendly all go above and beyond for their members. Only thing I would say needs changing is the car park ticket machine doesn’t work, can stamp your ticket but Brunel car park staff are rude.

Thank you Luca for the calisthenics class today. I got more out of it than my usual diy session. A lot of coaching and Information made the class enjoyable.

Cancellation has to be done 7 working days before the next payment. Why do you need so much time to cancel my membership? Simply to catch people on this and make them pay one extra month.

It takes ages for damaged equipment to get repair.
Some double side cable extension machines broken for the last month now and has not been repaired.
Underage boys and girls are exercising
People wearing flip flops while exercising

No Rules of any sort.

The Harrow council should check on "Harrow Buzz gym", Many Hazzards, Health&Safety issues in that gym, Buzz Gym's CEO & Founder is not responding to any issue, But personally I'm not wondering as its a cheap business with a cheap membership, Once cancelled the membership you can't access to the gym even if an email sent by Buzz' CEO to continue using the gym until the end of the period!, For me it just approximately £15 value left. So I suggest to buy with the rest of my money a ( Room Spray ) to spray that smelly gym!!!.

Was frustrated registering my membership here @ buzz gym Slough .. the Assistant manager Clinton took his time to assist me with professionalism customer services which made me love the gym .. he’s professional and calm , respectful and responsive to his work .. he should keep it up .. more Grace to his elbow…..Ernest ( slough)

Unhelpful staff, request for cancellation has to be done apparently 7 days before which is nowhere stated. To cancel you actually have to e-mail random people who write e-mails like 12 year olds.
Don’t waste your money this is all they are after.
