I love Buzzsprout, they’re always on top of the stats and adding stats continuously, and are always responsive when trying to reach support.

Buzzsprout has been excellent. The interface is genuinely intuitive, and getting everything published and distributed was smooth from start to finish. The integrations with all the major podcast platforms worked seamlessly, which made launching and managing my show feel simple and professional. Keep up the great work.

Super easy to use and very helpful tips as you develop your podcast. As a bonus I actually really enjoy their podcast about podcasting.

There is a lack of customer service. My password is not working and the reset password email is not coming through, even in the spam folder. There is no chat, no phone number. I pay for a subscription and cannot access nor upload my latest podcast

I have been with them for sooooo long - they were my first. The staff at customer service is outstanding! They are great teachers and you will learn a lot by reading their monthly blog. I highly recommend them for the beginner to the advanced. They quickly respond to emails and are always willing to help you when you get in over ur head. 10-Stars!

I've been using Buzzsprout since the inception of my podcast, The Listening Tube with Bob Woodley in February of 2022. I haven't had issues, the interface is seamless, and the stats are fun to watch!

Have had very minute issues with them. If you're a beginning podcaster, this is an easy platform to start!

I tried to love Buzzsprout but It isn't very intuitive and doesn't show the corrected downloads. Even if I know someone has listened to the podcast it doesn't show as having been listened too. So that is very frustrating.

Very easy to use with great info and stats. The perfect platform to host my podcast (Whit’s the Script?).

I'm providing a rating based on a Trustpilot request, and I'm still giving Buzzsprout five stars because 1) I like their admin interface, and 2) all aspects of the software. It's very easy to use. I like their blog/audio content, as well as their FB user group.

I have been a user for over 2 years and love this platform. Very user friendly!
