First time visiting the Longhouse…

First time visiting the Longhouse Kilmarnock for breakfast. Never again. Breakfast was discusting.
Asked for extra egg. £1.75 per egg.
Arrived very cold. Eggs were burned on the underside and had a petticoat all frazzled on top. Well, Over cooked . All of the breakfast was very cold . I asked for them to zap it in the microwave as we couldn't eat it cold. It came back with the egg stuck to the plate minus the potato scone. We were informed we would get fresh toast, and we didn't get that. No toast and no potato scone. They still charged us for the extra egg each. We ate it because we didn't want to cause a fuss and get embarrassed as it had already been returned. Customers were close by. Just wanted to leave. The attention to detail serving food like that to any customer in my opinion is quite shocking. Especially when it was returned cold. I would have expected the cook to look at this plate and question if this is acceptable to ask a customer to pay money for this. Spoke with customer service. They seemingly emailed the manager to call me. Waited a couple of day's. No phone call. I feel we are not worthy of a call. I have called again still waiting. Lost a customer. It doesn't look as if they care. Worst breakfast ever. We go out for breakfast alot never again.
