Fraud company!
Doesn't deliver the right product.
No customer service.
They have mentioned "all disputes are Subject to Gujrat Jurisdiction only" is mentioned in their package. Which means they prepared and doing it on purpose.
I had placed a product and returned it. They said they would provide a gift coupon and I would be able to exchange products for the same price. But now their security APIs are so weak and support is soo ridiculous that they don't know who used my coupon from a different number when I haven't done it at all. The return was picked from my address through my registered number and now the gift coupon has been used by some other address and phone number, they do not verify the phone number? Such a fraud these guys are, they loot the money. No response from support too
I have ordered clothes from their site. They said they cannot deliver it and said they'll refund after 5 days. It's been a week now they are not responding on their numbers. What kind of fraud activity is this.
Its been very long since i have been calling and no actions taken.. pathetic.. i hope this review might give them go through my problem
