From project start to completion of their work, Daniel and Blackwater’s communication was of the highest professional standard with prompt follow up always provided re: site visits, job quotation and scheduling of work.

Daniel and the team transformed separate bedroom and storage room spaces into a new master bedroom suite with a walk in wardrobe alcove. Demolition, electrical and plastering work was all completed in a timely fashion with a fantastic finish.

Daniel was flexible in accommodating my needs for this project based on my location and always left the house clean after a days work! I will definitely be recommending Blackwater to my friends.

I recently hired BlackWater Property Investment LTD to upgrade my utility room, which included properly securing a gas boiler that had previously not been fixed correctly, reworking all associated connections, and bringing the entire setup up to a much higher standard both technically and aesthetically.
Before starting the project, I showed them an AI-generated concept of how I envisioned the final result, just to understand whether that level of finish was realistically achievable. I was genuinely impressed with how closely they managed to deliver on that vision. The transformation is significant.
Daniel, who led the work, was excellent throughout the entire process. Professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and clearly committed to doing the job properly rather than cutting corners. The boiler is now securely fixed, all connections have been redone cleanly and correctly, and the overall space looks safe, compliant, and well-finished.

Back in Jan last year we contacted Daniel from Blackwater Property Investments Ltd l about doing an extensive refurbishment on our retail unit on 65 Patrick Street.

It needed to be completely gutted and pretty much start from scratch with a shell of a unit. No major works had been done in over 30 years and the unit needed to be brought up to current regulations.

I availed of their one stop service where they take care of everything, from organising all the trades men to providing all the bathroom ware and materials, they took all the stress out of it for me and did an amazing job. 5 star experience and will definitely use them again for any more stuff i need done.
