don't buy from these people. I ordered 90 lbs adjustable weights in Jul and still have not received them. the customer service is terrible, they don't respond and when they do is just a runaround. save your money and headache, buy from somewhere else.

My experience has been pretty awful. Their response to any problem is that it will be taken care of "soon". Not how, not why they cannot address right away, just that it will be addressed in the near future. I understand that there are factors out of their control that led to delays but each time I would inquire about when my dumbbells would arrive, they would indicate that it would be within a week or two. That went on for 4 months! When they did arrive this past week, they were completely damaged and I am back to getting assurances that they will get back to me "soon". Terrible company. Do not deal with them unless you want to be lied to for the next 4 to 6 months.

Ordered 80 lb adjustable dumbbells in June and just barely received my order. They aren’t the nuobells I ordered and are their own knockoff brand. Both are broken and don’t function and are essentially heavy paperweights. The boxes were torn up on arrival. I’ve tried to reach out to them with no response and their website is no longer working. I am disputing the charge as they sent me a cheaper product.

They false advertise. I ordered adjustable dumbells. They had 80lb dumbells that adjust from one twist on the handle on there website. They sent me Bowflex knock offs. Really poor quality. Support is impossible to reach.

bwssfit adjustable weights are junk. I recieved the wrong 95 lb adjustable weights from them & requested a refund. Im on day 9 with no return labels or response from the. I decided to open the box today to check out what they sent. The last plate fell off & damn near took my toe off. The dial doest allow you to put it back on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Company does not ship on time. Ordered adjustable dumbbells with stated shipment time of 2-4 weeks. After 6 weeks no shipment and no communication. Had to file dispute with credit card company. BWSS likewise did not respond to dispute.

Company also removes all negative reviews from their website.

Ordered same adjustable dumbbell set from competitor and received in one week.

I ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells June 3 2021. It is September and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number or anything. I reached out to the company several times through the process and they always say my dumbbells are set to ship in the next week or two, but they never do. I am issuing a chargeback tomorrow.

I placed my order 3 months ago and still haven't received my dumbbells. I've been informed through emails it's due to shipping delays.
Way too long to wait as I've already made two payments.

Paid nearly 1000 dollars for dumbbells and a stand back in July! Still have received my items. My items haven’t shipped. I’ve sent a dozen emails and have not gotten a single reply back. Avoid these guys!

Ten weeks since I placed my order and dumbbells still have not even shipped, though they charged my credit card the next day. Being too think I may never get my order.

I ordered a set of adjustable Dumbells in June. They were supposed to ship in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I contacted them via email and they said they would ship Mid July. After July 15th I contact them and now they said end of July. Aug 3rd on tired to contact them and got no response. Aug 6th I tried again and no response. At this time i have reached out to them 5 more times and no response. I told them to cancel my order and still cannot get them to respond. I filed a fraud claim with my bank and they said they cannot get them to respond either. STAY AWAY from this company.

It's been 2 months since I placed my order. They keep saying they have no order numbers from me. When I try to speak with them the communication stops. I can't find a contact number. It's always a generated email being sit with them only saying no order number.

I have been trying to cancel my order for a few days now. I have received no response. They charged me but have not shipped anything. Normally, you aren't charged until they are ready to ship your product. The site states that you cancel your order until the shipping label is printed. I feel like they are trying to ignore me until that happens.

90 lbs adjustable dumbbells.

I purchased the 90 lbs adjustable dumbbells and overall I am happy with them. Pros: adjustable weight up to 90 lbs per dumbbell, saves space, sturdy enough. Cons: uncomfortable handle, dumbbell body too wide, hard to get a goblet hold. I did have to wait a long time for the product to arrive.

The dumbbells are fantastic. Pretty easy to adjust the weights and rack on the stand. I highly recommend the adjustable dumbbells.

We also got the adjustable kettlebell. The idea is great but the execution is really poor. To use it, you essentially have to know which weight is which since they all aren’t the same and be able to do math on the fly in your head to get the desired total weight. Definitely not easy if you are in a workout and need different weights for different movements.

Highly Recommended. I ordered the BWSS Adjustable Dumbbell Mini Set because I was looking for a set of weights that wouldn't take up a lot of space and these fit perfectly. They also were more affordable than other brands of adjustable dumbbells and the company offers an easy way to pay for them. Although deliver was slow due to COVID, I thought it was nice that the CEO/Owner reached out to customers via email. This small touch was enough to ensure I would order again and I ended up ordering an adjustable kettlebell as well.

I LOVE my 90lb dumbells and the cool adjustable kettlebell! They are both easy to use, well built and great looking. What's best is they are such a space saver. Shipping was fast (well, it's COVID fast), took longer than normal, but WAY shorter than the other sites I ordered weights from and then ended up canceling because the wait time was 4 to 6 months with them. Thinking about getting the 44lbs twistibells next..and the BWSS box. Love the workout app partnership BWSS has . I've lost 15 lobs in 1.5 months with the weights and app workout.

The adjustable 95Lb dumbbells are great, they virtually added a whole weight rack to my gym for the space of 2 shoe boxes. Love them

BWSS is a great company who communicated shipping delays which isn’t even their fault. There’s a global container shortage, longshoreman worker issues related to Covid, etc. I would highly recommend this company.
