Really poor quality

Really poor quality. We ordered a Himalayan blue desk system. The desk arrived with visible black handling marks, dents and cracks. The water based paint is ( unlike the online photos) literally water thin. When reporting the quality to the vendor, the response was that I could get two parts with the worst dents replaced despite asking for a replacement unit due to the poor quality. Was going to buy matching chest of drawers. Definitely won’t now will choose ikea instead. Dissatisfied with product quality and customer service.
