Worst quality and after sales help ever

Same experience as many others - men’s shirt described as linen is 100% acrylic as shown on label inside garment. Website states free return label for items which are not as described. ‘Customer service’ refuse to provide free return label. Shirt going to charity shop. All a complete waste of time and money. Do NOT waste your money eith this dishonest company.

Husbands linen shorts & shirt arrived - hideous quality, way too small, cheap material, not linen & see through. No wash instructions. Tried to return items followed instructions from ByCastello to send photo's- then advised 'doesn't meet their returns procedure'. May just as well have thrown our money out the window on the Motorway!! Should be prevented from trading:-(

Customer service was also awful
No returns unless item faulty which it was, had to pay for own returns to china and then will only refund if they decide its faulty, will not buy from them again

A product bought as a gift - it was XL men’s but was so small it only fit a size 12 woman. Poor customer service offering return to China at my expense or 10% refund only and they will not budge from this - DO NOT BUY

Ordered a £30 hoodie my daughter asked for. First time ordering from this company. The quality of materials used is shocking. The print is awful. It’s actually unwearable so I emailed to ask how to return. The emails back were hard to understand and in broken English. They refused to give me the address. I was offered a 5% refund so I quoted the trading standard law. I got no response so processed a refund via my bank. Evidence provided of efforts made.

Winter coats .nothing like the picture the coat different in every way colour style a pile of rubbish fit for the bin.they will not pay for returning the item and please don't order from these the item is shocking 😑

Ordered a shirt, they sent the wrong size and did not offer to rectify the situation

I was looking for a man’s shirt, simple stuff, By Castello comes up and the shirt looks great, ok price, colour good, texture right - place order. Website says that is a company based in Norway and the shirt will be dispatched from there. Whilst waiting, I find the exact same shirt and picture on AliExpress for a third of the price, so the the label says 100% polyester and not cotton denim and looks like very cheap work clothing. Do not be taken in by this company, it is a scam where you have to return it to China and pay a hefty postage cost - it never arrives, so no refund and they will probably sell the same shirt to another fool!

Never order from this company. Ordered a camo zip up jacket and it took 20 days to come. When I finally received it, the quality was shocking, clearly polyester, and the camo print was pixelated, looks printed on. So disappointed. Going to try and return but I doubt i’ll have any luck, should’ve read the reviews before ordering!!!

Do not buy from them! Everything is Chinese crap! No chance of refund either.

Would rate this minus stars if I could. Ordered and cancelled within 20 minutes as saw the reviews. The policy stated cancellations only within 24 hours. So I assumed I’d get my money back. Absolutely not! To then get an email 30 days later funnily enough the cancellation policy is now void because it’s been 30 days! What an absolute disgrace of a company. The product isn’t worth having if it was for free it’s that poor quality!

Absolutely terrible company.
Item description was of a ‘Genuine leather jacket,’ when it arrived was clearly PVC. The whole item smelled horrible of fish aswell!
When I tried to request a return address, response took days, each time stating how sorry they were and asking for photos as proof of delivery which I sent multiple times.
I have now sent 15 emails and still no return address just the offer of a 5% refund (£3) which is just insulting!!

Ordered and it arrived too late. I hadn’t worn the dress and wanted to send it back. The return address on the parcel is midlands but they told me to return it to China at my own expense. Obviously so that people are put off returning due to how expensive postage is. They offered me to keep the dress and get a refund of £1.50, further down the line offering £3.50.

If they’re sending the parcel from a UK address, why return to China. Awful company, should have read their 1 star profile before buying. Quality is also shocking, it’s so thin.

I ordered shoes from this company mistakenly believing they were based in Europe. What can I say that others haven't! Mediocre quality, too big because I followed website instructions to 'order a size up because these come up small, and virtually impossible to return. Took weeks of email exchange to get return instructions and was told I had to take shipping costs of return to China!
Alternatively I could take a 10% refund (under £3) and keep the shoes that I don't want and can't wear.
I have logged this as a dispute with my card issuer and am waiting to see what happens

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. They are a con. The products are substandard. They don’t respond to emails requesting a return.

I recieved shirts made out of the wrong material. They make returning the items very difficult. After numerous emails their customer support team say the shirts fall outside their criteria for returns which is illegal.

Avoid at all costs. The return policy has you over a barrel. Ordered some loafers. They were tiny, like ballet shoes. You have to email to request the address to return. They asked for pictures and info which i provided. Now radio silence going on nearly a week. Emailed several time. Im now away and will not be able to return within 14 days. Very scammy! Wish i had seen the reviews first!!

I would advise anybody who's thinking of buying from this company by Costello. They're a rip-off. They send you an item. What doesn't even look like item online advertisement and then when you try to contact them, then ignore you until after the 30 days. So they say you're not eligible for a refund. Scam do not buy from them
