Quality has gone down hill. I ordered a beautiful yellow gold letter bracelet in 2023 and loved it. I ordered the same bracelet in 2025 to have a matching set and it’s not like the old one. The gold is dark and cheap looking, not yellow and bright. The clasp is also different, not as dainty as before. I’m so bummed! And they don’t accept returns/refunds.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry from byChari. Each one has arrived quickly & beautifully packaged. All the pieces are excellent quality & I always get tons of compliments.

I’ve been a customer of BYCHARI for at least 2 years now and I love each piece I’ve received! I appreciate the packaging they use to transport the jewelry as it can be used again for personal travels…it’s very eco friendly! Their Customer Service is always helpful and they respond quickly.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I wish I knew before purchasing so I am hoping my reviews will help people. I purchased a lani necklace for 125 and it arrived august 15, 2023. The necklace broke today while I was sitting at my desk. It just fell off my neck in my lap. This was under two months with minimal wear. I reached out to BYCHARI and they have a whole workstream set up for repairs. So it appears this is a larger issue. Bychari requires you pay an addition $50 to have the jewelry reviewed for a potential repair. This doesn’t guarantee a repair. I love supporting small businesses and the support staff were all very nice but this business is dodgy. Offering a 30 day warranty on cheap products makes sense but it’s marketed as higher quality so they should stand behind or provide better quality products. The quality is poor.

I received large silver hoops ordered on May 1, 2023 @$125.00. My earrings are not shiny silver but have faded, brownish looking and dull.

I purchased the fine asymmetrical initial necklace & the mini diamond solitaire necklace (14k gold) in 2020. I love these pieces and wear them daily! They have held up perfectly, no tarnish, no scratches or breakage. I shower, swim, workout & sleep in them. Not sure if others have been rougher with their necklace chains, but these are pieces I hope to have for many years!

I have bought several of their custom necklaces for gifts and for myself. They are very pretty and wearable. They are delicate, but I’ve never had a problem with them nor have the people I’ve given them to.

Complete garbage product. Broken in 5 days

Do not buy the initial necklaces! I really want to support this business - small, women owned, but I can't. My husband has now purchased THREE necklaces from them, two which the chains have broken. He reached back out to get a replacement on one and was told they were past warranty. I will never purchase another product from them again. Poor quality and customer service.

100% AGREED with customers dissatisfaction in relation to Bychari return policy. Their products do not look like their website pictures ,ie, they are smaller, different design. They only want to do store credit NOT REFUND. Between my daughter and me we have bought severals pieces and we are very disappointed. We will not purchase anymore with them. I am a pro small business client but it is not right their lack of refund policy. Wish them well but cautious future clients.

Absolutely worst customer experience and company. They lost my $200 earrings, then told me they wouldn’t refund me for the shipping, tax, or route protection adding up to $120! Do not shop here!!!!! Terrible experience and my gift never even arrived.

I ordered the mini hug diamond earrings. They are very small and look like nose rings. Cheaply made and not worth the money. When I went to return, then policy is “all sales final” because items are made “on demand”. That is doubtful. Not worth the money. I feel ripped off.

I’ve ordered a total of 10 pieces; 2 of them were special orders, all were shipped fed ex 2nd day air and received on time. I am so sorry for the others who experienced difficulties with their orders and hope all issues were resolved to their satisfaction.

i very disappointed from the service and from the item

I purchased the MAMA necklace 5/20 The necklace is SO thin and the letters are so tiny there is not enough weight to even hold them, position in the front of my neck. You can barely see the thin gold chain on my neck and with the letters in the back 24-7 it was a complete waste of $400!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY like I did. I contacted them regarding the issue and we sent emails back and fourth, to be told it can’t be refunded $400 This necklace is useless to me with the letters always in the back of my neck!! I won’t even wear the necklace. Such a let down for a Mother’s Day gift. DONT DO IT. I would not recommend!!
