I rented through Bychoice and had a very positive experience. I mainly dealt with Shelly and Becky, but everyone in the Sudbury office was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The entire tenancy was smooth and hassle-free — I genuinely can’t think of a single issue.

ByChoice were incredible with helping us sell our first home under tricky circumstances. The communication was excellent and they were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Olivia, Amelia and Ted were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the sale of our home. They navigated a sale that fell through to get us a new buyer quickly so we didn’t lose our purchase. We honestly couldn’t have done it without them.

Olivia has really looked after us as buyers, as well as her client the vendor I'm sure. Great comms and really responsive, kept us fully informed and always acted on things. If she said she would, she did. And then confirmed it. Helped us find and coordinate local suppliers too. Could not have had a better experience.

Bychoice knew the local housing market extremely well & priced our house accordingly, which resulted in an early offer, quick & relatively smooth sale. I personally dealt with Ted & Olivia from the Sudbury office who both kept me updated at every stage that they were responsible for. Bychoice Sudbury are fantastic, we bought and sold with them and the whole experience was really positive throughout. We chose Bychoice Sudbury initially as our in-laws recommended them as they had a really good experience a few years previously. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and always happy to talk us through the process. When we looked round houses they were respectful and just let us look for ourselves and answered any questions if we had them. When we were eventually selling/buying, our calls and texts were always answered quickly. Amelia was absolutely lovely, always very responsive and helpful, we felt like she had time for us and was on our side. I've dealt with a few different estate agents over the years and Bychoice are just on another level. We can't recommend them highly enough. You're in safe hands with Bychoice!

Obviously, when a purchase/sale goes through and completes, one feels elated and inclined to give a glowing review! However, a glowing review is justified here.
The Sudbury branch of By Choice were great throughout a long process, which included my buyer pulling out, resulting in my potential purchase also failing. Amelia at By Choice was great though - very good at breaking bad news! However, it all came good in the end, and I got the house back when the new purchasers couldn't proceed!
By Choice was effective, efficient and proactive. They kept me informed promptly throughout the whole process. I am happy to recommend them.

The video and photographs he took of the property were expertly done and showed our property to its best advantage. Since we were not living in the area most of our communication was by email and phone. Ted, Olivia and the team kept us informed at all stages in the process. We never felt we needed to ‘chase them up’. Marketing reports arrived weekly.
Since we were unfamiliar with local solicitors, Ted recommended using Juno, online conveyancers, and that proved a very profitable relationship.

We purchased our current property through ByChoice who were representing the developer. We worked very closely with Keeleigh Taylor from Bury St Edmunds office who was absolutely amazing. Keeleigh. and her team, were incredibly professional, extremely helpful and very accommodating. They worked with us to ensure that we were able to secure our forever home. After a delay in trying to sell our previous home through another agent, ByChoice couldn’t have been more helpful in the whole process of purchasing our next property.
