I love this exchange! I was able to find many alternative coins that I liked. It’s very user-friendly on mobile, and I’ve deposited and withdrawn money seamlessly. I highly recommend it.

My account was locked without any tangible explanation and the customer support has not been helpful. Quick VIP is a pro version of higher quality . The returns has been excellent

At first, everything was going well, but the moment I requested a withdrawal, that is when I got to know that they are deceivers. I lost all my savings to them. Giving.....crop.....#mines... a try has changed everything for the better. They pay on time without any issues.

As someone trading with leverage, transparency and execution are extremely important — and this is where the platform falls short. There are noticeable execution delays and slippage, especially during volatile market conditions, which directly affect trade outcomes.

What really raised concerns for me is how liquidation is handled. The relationship between mark price, last price, and liquidation triggers is not clearly explained, and I experienced situations where positions appeared to be liquidated earlier than expected. That creates serious doubt about how risk and margin are being calculated.

On top of that, the interface is confusing and not designed for fast decision-making. Important information like margin ratio and position details are not presented clearly, making it harder to manage trades properly.

Overall, this platform lacks the transparency and reliability required for serious trading. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious and consider more established exchanges.

Exceed expectations and easy to use!

They've been helpful as ever when I've needed help. They fixed an issue where I sent my crypto to my bydfi wallet address but it didn't show up due to an error on their part with their address not getting updated properly so I was at a loss but when they heard about it, they fixed it right away.

I’ve been using BYDFi (formerly BitYard) for about six months now. I’m giving it a solid 4 out of 5. It is an excellent "secondary" exchange if you are looking for specific altcoins or want to try copy trading, but it lacks the full banking integration you get with the giants like Coinbase or Kraken.

Great exchange, give you possibility to trade with actual crypto

BYDFI is one of the best crypto exchanges out there and their sign up bonuses are actually worth something and aren't impossible to achieve. Im very impressed with the BYDFI crypto exchange.

The platform is very well designed. Very helpful and responsive whenever I have needed help. So many choices to do future trading with and more added all the time. They also host a ton of events where you can win prizes. Also love they have copy trading as well. Low trading fees.
