From booking a test drive, to buying a Sealion 7 Excellence, Chicaine couldn't have been more helpful. We test drove a Sealion Design, and when we returned she pointed out an Excellence newly delivered, needless to say, it was the one.
The whole process was easy, especially as we were on holiday during the process of trading in our car and transferring the number plates, all was done via email and over the phone.
On the handover Chicaine went through the infotainment and controls and gave us plenty of time to familiarise ourselves with the car before driving off.
I would recommend BYD Probus, the helpful staff, no pushy product sales , and good communication made the whole process less stressful.

Just bought BYDseal u from byd southwest whuch is excellent car and i was served by Chicaine Bennetts who is very good at her job serve me really well also helped me with my insurance which took 3 hours to get insured but she was with me all the time till I got insured she deserve five stars for her job and beautiful smile and customer services Thank you

I am a fussy man with mega questions on new vehicles. Chicane and Dan, were excellent in responding to all my questions and fears of buying a new model (for the UK). The test drive was made very easy as was the purchase of the car. I have had German cars for the last 25 years so it was a real eye opener to see how much value has gone into the Seal U DM-i. I test drove three different models and was given all the time I needed to make my selection. No pressure nor push to the more expensive model. They are a great team to work with.

Chicaine and Dan were very helpful. Our only limit for the amount of time for a test drive, was if someone else had booked a drive after us. All our questions were answered honestly and we were never rushed, pressured or made to feel we overstayed our welcome. We were kept updated by email and/or phone call and car pick up time was allocated a full afternoon to explain everything to us. And always with a smile.

We are so very thankful to Dan & Chicane for their exceptional advice, support and service throughout our buying of a Seal U DM-i comfort.

We were looking for a medium sized plug in hybrid SUV and looked at all of the main brands, but stumbled across BYD. After trying the car, we could not fault the quality, finish, unbelievable specifications and the ridiculously reasonable price tag.

Whilst waiting for our Seal U to arrive, we had the opportunity to try all of the BYD models from the Dolphin to the Seal excellence. They are all very impressive cars with astronomical specifications when compared to competitors. I couldn't recommend them more.

In addition to this, the sales team (Dan & Chicane) were really informative and not pushy in the slightest, they let the car sell itself and gave a lovely, kind and friendly no pressure approach to sales. This is a breath of fresh air in comparison to most local main dealers who are constantly chasing and pushing for a sale.

You can definitely trust BYD Truro. Give one of their cars a try and you will not regret it. Highly recommend.

I saw the BYD while in Portugal. On my return home I found that the location of their Cornish branch was on the Truro to Probus Road with the Mercedes brand. I visited the garage and bought a Dolphin model. The staff at BYD, Dan and Chicaine are exceptional and gave me first class service from my initial visit to collection of the car. Their conscientiousness is 5 star. I am thrilled with my choice of car and would say this is the nicest car that I have owned in my long driving period. Superb staff and superb car that people admire wherever I go. Well done BYD and Dan and Chicaine.

We have recently purchased a Seal U DM-i. Chicaine has been there every step of the way, from us just turning up and providing us with a test drive, to signing on the dotted line! There has been a constant line of communication, it was never too much trouble to speak or email. Always professional, and a pleasure to have met. Oh and the car is a dream too!!
