Thrive supports you as you do the deeper work on healing and changing patterns
After 6 months in Bye Bye Panic where I felt I had desensitized my nervous system enough to embark on the deeper work, I moved over to Thrive which has been transformative as it helps you identify and change patterns that you maybe were not even aware of. The classroom modules and the calls with the mentors really opened my eyes to how I was engaging with life through patterns that I had programmed without really realizing it. For example, I was consistently falling into the drama triangle with my boss (me as victim, boss as villain) and my in-laws (me as hero, my in-laws as victims), which was fueling resentment. I was consciously aware that I was getting resentful and frustrated in these relationships, but I didn't understand that I was generating it by engaging in the drama triangle narrative. I have also began the turnaround process on long-held beliefs that I now realize that I didn't come to completely by myself; they were influenced by many other factors and I had just accepted them as capital-t Truth. For example, I have always felt that rest needs to be earned or deserved, so I have always felt guilty about needing naps/sleeping more than most people. Now I realize that at least part of that belief came from the fact that when I was younger, my parents would tease or scold me about napping or sleeping a lot - so it felt like I had to sneak naps/rest and then I would feel guilty. The mentors have been so wonderful throughout my experience - giving me books, answering my questions in DMs as well as on the weekly calls. I'd recommend Thrive to people who want to do that deeper work to rewire their beliefs and narratives that no longer serve them.
