We had initially ordered it from another company -- it arrived damaged and stuck together with tape. I recently ordered a Birth Time Capsule for my Granddad's Birthday however I accidentally chose the wrong delivery option. I emailed Bygone News explaining my situation and who the present was for, to be honest it was my own fault for leaving it so late but regardless they made sure my parcel was sent out the very same day so that it would be here in time for his birthday! It really was great customer service, the gift was amazing and so interesting to read. I would definitely recommend!

I bought two newspapers to celebrate my brother and his wife's 50th birthdays. They arrived 3 days after I had ordered them online. They were really well presented and packaged - I chose to spend a bit more and selected the boxed version. The papers were in excellent condition, and genuine! The Sunday paper was more expensive but I think well worth it as it came with the supplement which was also in excellent condition. I am sure they will be well received. I would recommend Bygone news to anyone who is thinking of buying this present for someone's significant birthday or anniversary. Thank you Bygone news!

Having left my 1st wedding anniversary purchase to the very last minute, I received a call from Paul explaining that I had missed the time for next day delivery. I was gutted. But accepted my fate. What Paul did next was nothing short of heroic!

He spent the next few hours working like a trojan to not only put my order together, but also run it down to the post office and send it by RECORDED DELIVERY so that a usless husband like me would not have to feel the wrath of a disapointed wife...
