That pellet grill is quite an experience. The smoked salmon tasted excellent, not over cooked but the glass looks. And the other dishes we cooked on the pellet grill were extremely well tasting. I love the automation and the app, which lets me run everything while being away. it is a very sturdy and solid construction that is the second grill that we own. Our son owns a unit which is a little larger than the one that we ordered. Congratulations to a job well done.

Painful process.
No receipt, email or confirmation of payment or delivery. Had to chase to find out if they even had my order. Then had to chase twice for updates. Order was then delayed (which I found out only after I asked). On the bright side the customer service people were very helpful once you were able to contact them 😉

Reliable company.
I bought some products they were all fine but the most expensive item was faulty and it didnt show at first look. I wrote them a mail and they sent me a new one right away. They didnt ask for video, photo etc. plus it was hard to showcase the problem on a photo.

The company draws the money 19/8 and answers my email 23/8 that the product is in backorder and is expected to be sent 8/9 and if I would like to keep the order?
I Answer no, I would like the order annulled, and haven't heard from them since!

ordered around 10 items
ordered around 10 items, two items where in a remote storage so the delivery was a little later which was acceptable. however it did not come when expected and I had to call within the very limited telephon time in order to get part of my package. and when I recieved this I found that the tools all had there bosch seals broken and the cardboard package was very very poorly package with no tape only plastic strings. so extremely lucky that the items was not damaged. I'm still waiting for the remaining part of my order. I will seriously concider avoid bygextra in the future as a webshop.
