Lousy helpdesk and support
The ordered item broke after 10 minutes. 3 weeks and only 1 reply if the issue has been solved (which of course it hasn't since they did nothing).

Delay of delivery without any notice
I ordered my 14-4, and today finally I received the last part of my order after almost 22 days, and this also enabled by canceling a couple of items from the initial order. the reason for dissatisfaction is based on obscurity upon the delivery and availability of the items. if I knew that the parts are not available, I never ordered them and I expected that if the part is not going to ship as they promised, I get notified at least, but none of them has been taken in place. I had to call and wait in a long phone queue each time to just understand why my purchase does not arrive and each time I found a couple of new inputs and information so if I knew them in advance, I would amend my order accordingly. on the first call, I realized that some items are not available as they promised so I canceled them. then I second time I realized that they divided my order into 3 parts. and 3rd time I understand one of the items again has some delay for the last segment of my delivery. so finally I receive them with a very unacceptable delay. if they mentioned that this is how long it will take that has a much better feeling than every day you expect to receive the item but get disappointed.
