I purchased a VoltVouge bike from this website after seeing an advertisement on TikTok. After placing my order, I received only an order confirmation and was not provided with a tracking number or shipping information.
I attempted to contact the merchant multiple times regarding my order and requested a cancellation/refund, but I did not receive a response.
As of the date of this review, my order status remains “Order Placed” with no proof of shipment or delivery. After making the purchase.
I’d like to advise others to use caution before purchasing from this website.
