Placed an order on wolf and badger for tall linen trousers, the website didn't have the matching top in my size so found this company online and placed an order on their site. Long story short - wolf and badger couldn't get in touch with the seller to ship the trousers for two weeks, so got the refund from them, and for the kk website - no communications about my order, tried ringing the phone provided on website which turned out to be disconnected, so claimed my refund thru the bank. Seems like the brand is just a scam.

I ordered a pair of their linen trousers last year but from Wolf and badger and the quality is stunning, they make them in long length too which is amazing and the way they fit is absolutely unmatched however the pair I have are too small for me so I recently ordered another pair in a bigger size for my holiday. I made sure I ordered them over a week before and it said on the website it would take a maximum of 5 days for them to arrive which was perfect. It got to the day before my holiday and I hadn’t had any correspondence from them and they hadn’t arrived. I emailed the company and somebody got back to me promptly via email to explain that as I’d ordered the longer length they’d taken longer to make and she was apologetic but it’s disappointing that they didn’t think to either make this clear on the website or email me in the first instance to keep me in the loop so I knew what was going on. She offered me a refund which I accepted as I was at the airport and I’d only ordered them for my holiday and they cost nearly £100 which is a lot to spend to wait to use until next summer.
She explained it would be 5 working days for my refund, it’s now been 10 days, I’ve emailed again and followed this up and not heard anything back and I just feel disappointed with the whole situation. I’ve given them 2 stars instead of 1 because I do believe their quality is lovely but I don’t think their customer service, communication or shipping is great. If someone could get in touch with me and let me know what’s happening with my refund I would also appreciate that.

Last Sept but had to cancel the order due to an unexpected trip to go abroad. The lady from the company who replied to me promptly and refunded the money with no question asked. It was a shame as I did not get to try the clothes but I was very impressed with customer success and the integrity the brand carries. Thus when I got back to london, I made another order and hopefully this time I get to try on the clothes!

Ordered the cotton knitted jacket and it really is a well made product. After seeing a similar product on a well known high street brand but with a much higher price tag I went on the search for a similar product and stumbled across bykk. The knitted jacket is perfect, fits well and delivery was prompt! I would definitely by from this brand again

The knitted jacket is very high quality. Also amazing customer service - Kate replies very quickly and the fitting delivery service was such a great, personalized touch!

Beautiful, great quality cardigan!

The cardigan is such good quality. My heart skipped a beat when I saw that even the stripes align at seems!
The fabric is organic cotton (no plastic fibers anywhere!) feels great and heavy, it sits nicely as a jacket.
Also, the try on delivery is just the best! What a great idea and a wonderful way to cut carbon footprint of your online shopping.
5 stars and will be following this brand!

Kate is super helpful and asks for your measurements to make sure you’re getting the right size / perfect fit. They also do free delivery with fitting which is very helpful. I got the beige set, white set and black knit dress. The clothes are of amazing quality and the brand offers great customer service as well. Thank you so much!

Bought pink coord set and it was delivered to me on the day I requested. The courier waited outside till I tried the garments. The lady I spoke via email put longer trousers for me in the bag to try as well, which actually fit me better. The outfit looked amazing and very nice fit. I had a lot of compliments on the day I was wearing it.

Their free fitting delivery option is great. Kate brought a couple of sizes for me to try and I could mix and match the sizes for the top and bottom. The beige linen suit is true to image and good quality with an adjustable waist band.

I purchased the linen set and I'm very happy with it. Kate was very helpful in helping me figure out what size I should get. Plus, she was kind enough to send me two sizes to try during the fitting delivery so I could find the best fit. Would definitely recommend.
