I like their site, there’s a track order section and they give plenty of ways to contact them, only thing is nothing works, in the tracking section all it says is that tracking isn’t available, the link to the phone number for the call leads to whatsapp saying it does no longer exist, the number for whatsapp messages works but they don’t respond, even through email, no response.
they say they answer within 24 hours, not true, they say international shipping takes 8-10 days, non true. just stay away from them

Terrible website with awful service. They never shipped my clothes after 5 months and repeatedly lied about shipping dates. Trying to contact them was a headache and the responses they gave were either abysmal or just flat out bot replies. Eventually they simply ignored me and refused to update me on my order.
This brand is a scam, you will not receive your items.

These are dropshipped 20$ pants and do not come with the metal tag as advretised!! Their customer service is also terrible. Save your money on AliExpress.
