Delivered product not the same as advertised

I ordered a pair of leather vegan orthopedic boots but what I received is nothing compared to what was advertised in the website. The product was not leather, not the color that I ordered and not orthopedic as advertised. It came in a plastic flimsy packaging and was just left by the door without any notification. They offered to send a free replacement product but I have to cover shipping and handling. This is fake advertising.

When I didn't receive my parcel I realize its a big scheme

When I open the advertise that I received the photo is a Australian woman. I thought I was bought in Australian's site. I bought on June,14, 1 months ago to give for my daughter's present . I didn't received my parcel and I change message on they email and I discovered it come from Hong Kong and they say they delivery my parcel to Canada, and Canada should send to Australia. I asked them the name of company that delivery my parcel in my build, and I didn't have answer. Then I realized that this is scheme to steal legally. When we go to buy something online, we need look the review first to decide. We need to see and observe the review. If the company is honest or not.

Not worth it

Purchased a pair of ankle boots that were advertised on their social media page .When the boots arrived they were nothing like what was advertised on the webpage. The product was made with inferior materials and was not even a wearable shoe.
I requested a refund and was given the run around . They are very dishonest with their advertising and made not attempt to rectify the issue other than it being at my cost.
Beware!

Worst boots ever. Unable to be worn.

The boots I ordered look nothing at all like the ones advertised.
First, they don’t fit, they are at least a size too small.
Secondly, the right and left shoes are so similar I can’t tell which goes on which foot? They are like gloves.
Third, they are not leather, they are vinyl. These are the worst shoes I have ever seen and are not wearable.
I have wasted $130 on junk.
What is written on their website is all lies.

The shoes you buy from the photos are nothing like the shoes you receive. The sizing is not accurate and the shoes are not leather
This is a deceitful and dishonest company. The whole thing is a scam. Do not buy from this company.

Website fraudulently says Money back…

Website fraudulently says Money back guarantee for every item - but when i wrote to them about the boots that were terribly uncomfortable, customer support said "because the items were purchased on sale, we're not able to process a refund — all sale items are final sale". 😠 😡 Totally not orthopaedic, scam site should be taken down

The shoes are like a 3rd world knock off

The shoes look like a 3rd world asian knock off. Literally made from flimsy vynal, no structure or strength. Packaging looks like it can from Temu. No boxes, squashed together & wrapped in plastic & sizing was inaccurate. When i asked for the 4 short boots i purchased $250 to be refunded, their 30 day non conditional refund policy became one that would not refund for shoes on sale (all their shoes are on sale) the add shows a picture of a classy shoes shop with leather looking shoes. This is not what you get. I think it is a counterfeit scam using the By Lunas name. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

I ordered boots from Lunas Australia as I thought it was an Australian Company.

I ordered boots from Lunas Australia as I thought it was an Australian Company and I buy Australian. I mistook information on their site and also ordered a second pair at a discount. I immediately tried to rectify and was told the order had gone thru, this was about 5-10 mins. after posting.I had gone thru Paypal and was told I had to contact the seller, this was a Hong Kong seller!! They said the order had been actioned and refused to refund the second pair..The order had to go thru and took nearly 3 weeks to deliver, I had to chase this delivery and when received the boots were NOTHING like the photos in the ad.I took photos of the boots in their profile pics. and photos of the actual boots received..I said I was returning these as they were not as advertised..I was told I could not expect a refund and would have to pay for shipment. I will never buy from this company again.

I was scammed too

I was scammed too. I bought 2 pairs of children's leather boots, orthopaedic and got cheap plastic. I have asked for a refund but don't like my chances.
It's totally false advertising. A scam.
All those negative reviews are totally true. We need to stop this company ripping people off.
Plastic boots received today. So disappointing.

Scam Company

This company is a total scam. Warning to others please DO NOT buy from them, the products they advertise are definitely NOT as described. Advertising full grain leather and getting crappy vinyl and charging $65 in the process. According to them there is no chance of getting a refund as they were sale items. This company is happy to take your money ($130) and then you're left with rubbish. I also thought this was an Australia company, but when it took over three weeks for my order to arrive, I knew they were a scam:(
Please don't waste your money!!!

Disingenuous Sellers No Customer Satisfaction

I ordered two pair of shoes adding an extra half size to order. Upon receiving them the sneakers were too narrow across foot. I emailed immediately asking for a refund or credit. The sneaker was $65. Their response was quick, stating I could keep the shoes and use credit to purchase something else from their catalog. My choice was a pant $29 that was on sale. I was not going to risk buying another pair of shoes. I requested the item and asked that the postage be paid by the remainder of the $65 credit. Since then I have sent numerous emails to a Claire “apparently the owner”. The emails have gone into silence with no word whatsoever. I stated that if I like the pant I would buy in other colours.
The quality of the shoe is poor. I noted the shoe and sole had split and separated on right shoe. Mind you, they are not my size therefore do not fit.
The other MO is the regular fluctuating sale price then full price. The sale price makes you want to buy from them but then their customer service policy is lousy. The quality of material for sneaker was not high. Notably, when I received them they did not have any identifying label stamp. They are a generic/ possibly a seconds item, certainly not a top product for their advertising which mentioned high quality, handmade and proud owner ‘Claire’

I couldn’t agree more with some of the reviews-not negative, but truthful. The same thread appears across the reviews. I paid PayPal but it’s been over a month and don’t know if I have any recourse. Okay, $65 so what. But with me it’s the principle and Lunas or whatever formula of name you work under is an amoral backroom job. If you are reading this I implore you Do Not Buy from them. Even their ‘customer satisfaction ratings’ are blurred and look cut and pasted. I did notice that Not one(1) comment/ review (happy customer)referred to the ‘company’ brand or name at all. Just a general comment.
What’s that saying, “ Fake News” yeah, Fake Deal. It’s those others who have spent way more than I.

Very bad product and quality

Very bad product and quality. The sales that advertised is not even worth to buy. Size is wrong and cheaply made products. Once you bought it there is no way you could get your money back. This company should not be existed, it’s worsen than buying from Temu. I could go on and on as I also mislead by the website.

I just received my order as the company…

I just received my order as the company said it was too late to cancel (within 24hrs)This company can an improve by Closing Down & stop giving false & misleading descriptions of products. Warning to others please donot buy from them as I cancelled my order within 24hrs & they said the orders are processed quickly (so no chance to change your mind) the products are poorly made & have a strong chemical smell & NOT waterproof orthopaedics as described, soles are a cheap plastic. No chance of getting a refund. I will not order online again instead go local to the shops as I thought I was buy from an Australian company direct
