Our platform offers a simple process: you complete the form in a few steps, after which we will send a cancellation letter on your behalf for a fee of 30 euros. In this way we want to make the cancellation process quick, easy and stress-free for our customers. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for its further processing after sending the cancellation letter.

By using our service, you agree to the terms and conditions. We would like to emphasize that we only receive a request once the complete ordering process has been completed.
In addition, we offer you the possibility to use our professional cancellation letter for free so that you can send it yourself. In this way, we want to make the cancellation process fast, easy and stress-free for our customers. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the further processing of the cancellation letter after it has been sent.

At Metis, our mission is to help customers cancel subscriptions. Our platform offers a simple process where you complete the form with just a few steps, after which we will send a cancellation letter on your behalf for a fee of €30, which you agree to in the terms and conditions. Please note that we only receive an application if the consumer has completed the entire ordering process. We also offer you the possibility to use the text of our professional cancellation letter free of charge and send it yourself. In this way, we aim to make the cancellation process quick, easy and stress-free for our customers. Unfortunately, once the cancellation letter has been sent, we are not responsible for its processing.

Det er med beklagelse, at vi hører, at vores prisstruktur og bestillingsproces ikke var fuldstændig klar. Hos Metis B.V. stræber vi efter transparens, især med hensyn til omkostningerne på 300 danske kroner for vores tjenesteydelser. Denne pris dækker trinene i serviceprocessen, inklusiv udarbejdelsen, printningen og afsendelsen af opsigelsesbreve, samt markedsføring og løbende optimering af tjenesten. Vi forstår vigtigheden af klar kommunikation og er altid åbne for feedback for at forbedre vores tjenesteydelser.

Vi ønsker, at vores kunder er fuldt informeret om vores tjenester, når de træffer et valg. Vores mål er at dele relevant information overskueligt gennem vores kommunikationskanaler. Vi erkender dog, at der altid er plads til forbedring. Dine forslag er værdifulde for os for at finpudse vores processer og undgå misforståelser i fremtiden.
