I wanted to cancel my payment from CV-need using metis cancelation but This company isnt useful anymore since I pay my debt on CVneed. Now the metis told me in an email that they already send a cancelation letter to that company and send again another email that i need to pay €32 for the cancelation fee. And now they send me again another email that they put a reminder fee of €14 so the total that i need to pay them is €46. How can you send me so many emails when I pay my debt on CVneed myself! and even if u send a letter to that company its no use cause I ALREADY CANCEL IT MYSELF. Your metis cancelation doesnt do nothing to me and now you want me to pay €46 and if i dont pay you will add €40 for the collection cost.

You have engaged us By Metis Cancellations as an outside company to send a cancellation letter. We receive the request only after the entire format has been completed and all checkboxes have been checked and the 'with payment' button has been clicked.
There is a cost associated with our service which we indicate several times on the website. It is important to note that the option existed to send the letter yourself, but you explicitly chose to have us do it.

These people concentrate on the poor…
These people target the vulnerable, particularly the poor and elderly. They falsely claim that people have used their services to cancel subscriptions with other companies. They are scammers, to say the least. I have reported them to the police. If I could give them negative stars, I would rate them -5 stars.

ByMetis operates to help their customers with canceling their subscriptions. You can fill in a form in a few steps on our website. After this, we process your request and send out a cancellation letter in your name to the company of your choosing. We explicitly as you to accept our policy, which includes a one time fee of €30,00 for our service. We cannot receive an order without the acceptance of all our policies.
It is never our intention to scam our customer or target a specific audience. We are willing to help everyone who would like to use our cancellation service.

Metis BV scam company
Metis BV sent a debt collection letter about ending the subscription to a Finnish magazine. The newspaper company Sanoma Oy said that they do not charge for such and that it is a scam. Unfortunately, the magazine subscriber, a pensioner, paid €30+14.50 to this scammer. Metis B.V. is a scam company, don't pay invoices from them.

When you want to cancel Amazon Prime via the APP, you get redirected to a weblink that points to byMétis and you will be charged €30 which is a crime! Question: How much did/do you have to pay Amazon to get this criminal link activity to get our hard urned money?? Shame on you!

I unfortunately did not know that I would have to pay 30 euros for something that I could do myself. I needed a MVV ticket cancellation. something very simple
and a few days later I received an update that I have to pay 30 euros. while if I did it myself I had to send just an email to MVV to cancel it.never again

However, we understand that some customers prefer an alternative option, such as sending the termination letter by mail. This saves time and avoids the hassle of being on hold or having to visit customer service yourself.
To ensure transparency, we ask for three confirmations on our order page: the terms and conditions, the privacy statement, our tariff and the fast processing time. Moreover, our confirmation button is explicitly stated as "with payment requirement."
