It was good I had good experience
Even if I didn't used their services and I just fulfilled a formal, they keep asking money from me 2 months later. I will ask a lawyer and I will inform police.

I sent my money in to cancel a subscription and bymetis still keep on sending me emails saying I have not paid. I send them the proof of money going to them on my bank account and emailed them. I received no response from bymetis. They only keep saying they sent me letters in the mail. I have not received one letter. They also say they will send me to collections when I already paid. Do not use bymetis!
* I even paid the late fee within before the due date and they just added another late fee a few days ago. I sent my payment and the late fee already before the said due date on my email.

I cancelled my UNICEF subscription last year, where I was paying 15 euros a month in charity.
Then I get this 30 euro invoice from this company where they are charging me for sending a cancellation letter. I would never ever have agreed on paying 30 euros for such thing, never!
After trying to reason with the criminals, where their harassing me via emails over the holidays, I decide to talk to UNICEF where I'm told to just ignore them. Which I will do now.
They don't seem to have any legal claim. It's just absurd that they are allowed to operate this way.

Misleading ‘service’. Doesn’t mention the charge of €30 untill the very end, when you think you’re ‘just’ agreeing to general agreements (that noone usualy reads. Then all of a sudden they screw you. Very unfriendly Customer Service. 100% scam! The letter they send doesn’t do what they promise. Don’t Fall for this Fake Service!!!
