I used their platform for free...yet…

I used their platform for free...yet still had a demand for €30, they didn't even send the cancellation letter to Amazon Prime, but still charging me...not a genuine company AVOID AVOID AVOID

You have engaged us By Metis Cancellations as an external company to send a cancellation letter. We receive the request only after the entire format is filled in and all checkboxes are ticked and the 'with payment obligation' button is clicked.

There is a cost associated with our service, which we indicate several times on the website. It is important to note that the option existed to send the letter yourself, but you explicitly chose to have us do so.

You don’t need their service

You don’t need their service. It is a scam. I typed cancel Netflix and fell on them first. I thought I was getting to cancel Netflix but ended up having to pay $35 to cancel. One star because they need to explain that they are an intermediate service in big letters and right away. They are sneaky. Vous n’avez pas besoin de leur service. C'est une arnaque. J'ai tapé annuler Netflix et je suis tombé dessus en premier. Je pensais que j'allais annuler Netflix, mais j'ai fini par devoir payer 35 $ pour annuler.
