I never write reviews. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. Especially when it comes to their discounted packages. Turns out, they take your money up front and then make it very difficult to book with them (infrequent availability, last minute appointment cancellations — but they always seem to have time for new client consultations, hmm..).

I have a suspicion that a lot of the google five star reviews are not from real customers..

I met the owner who was fairly aggressive with her sales tactics. The receptionist made a comment about how they want more local clientele like me, versus their current clientele that is largely from Queens (what??).

Sketchy place. Good deals but not worth it since you can't use it. Save your money. Plenty of great, trustworthy Greenpoint options besides this.

Had a fantastic experience with byou laser clinic. The girls are amazing, and helped me through my skin care journey

The owner records you!! So be aware of that - during your consultation & who knows where else you are being recorded!! Super shady & absolutely illegal since it is not disclosed and there is no no consent!

Waste of time & money
Waste of time & money - they do have a great marketing team though which is false advertising just to make you believe what they offer is true - it’s not!! BEWARE!!

I went for a consultation on 2/7/24 at the Kips Bay location with Amy Hernandez to get some info on their TruSculpt , both her and the receptionist were friendly and nice and Amy assured me the procedure would work for me based on my active daily routine and said they have a 50% off offer and she had time now to for me in, I ended up believing her and paid for the procedure , she measured my back and my thighs ? Inner thigh and bra fat ) and I asked her do I come back to retake measurements and she said no - which was surprising to me since I thought they would care to monitor the procedure and make sure it worked since they offer guaranteed results , in any case 12 weeks have passed and nothing happened , I send an email communication to them and zero response as well.
I do not recommend this and absolutely disappointed!!!
This was a complete waste of time & money!!

***No one reached out to me when I emailed the business directly, I only received a phone call from the owner after I posted this review ( Irina) who stated that the person that performed the procedure no longer works there , and didn’t do it correctly.
Yes you offered that I go back however I don’t really feel that I want to waste more time when this should have been done correctly the first time .
Again I stand by my review - if you have employees performing procedures they should be consistent.
Also be wary when they hand you so many forms to sign and waivers - read them , apparently they verbally tell you that results are guaranteed & that’s not the case , I went in for a consultation and they convinced me that this was a guaranteed procedure and they had availability now!!
Again the woman that performed the procedure “ no longer works there “

I don’t trust this place

I had hair on my back in the area of the shoulder blades. It looked very ugly. I was embarrassed to take off my shirt.
