Ordered the Byowave Proteus Controller…

Ordered the Byowave Proteus Controller on May 12th 2026, and it was not listed as being out of stock. Chased my order through on the 19th of May and was replied to by their Customer Service team to say that they apologise for the delay and they are chasing the warehouse to get my order shipped as a priority. It is now the 22nd of May and no further development or order processing has occurred since and the item is still waiting for an update for shipping.
The company is actually based in Ireland, not the US and unfortunately, I cannot change the location on Trustpilot as the entry here was not created by me.
I will update this review once my order has started to be processed and will change the star rating based on further updates.
