I had a small issue and the support team helped me fix it very professionally.

There is no way to cancel subscription from my account even though my membership was downgraded to free, they still want to auto pay my card for June. I emailed to cancel my subscription to prevent a charge for June and they refused to answer my emails. It is illegal for a company to not allow a way for a customer to stop billing for a service I am not even getting. I even sent them the screen shots that I am on the free plan but still shows an upcoming charge for june. So that is proof that they are refusing to cancel my subscription. The option to cancel no longer exist in the dashboard, in the histroy, account section or billing. I checked all three so this company is doing illegal things. I may have to get my bank involved and the FTC and FCC. I also have no problem reporting them to the FBI if they dont cancel my subscription. Its the email that says Rising TeH*T*, they have 48 hours to cancel my subscription before I go to extreme lengths to report their illegal buisness practices.

Update: on 5/6/26 after receiving a reply from bypass, they did respond to my email cancelling my subscription and I confirmed the cancellation from my account.

I rarely write reviews, but this is unacceptable.

I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, clearly stating that I want it terminated. Instead, I only receive automated AI responses pushing discounts — while they continue to charge my card.

This feels deceptive and highly unprofessional. Ignoring a cancellation request and continuing to bill is not okay.

Be warned: you may not be able to cancel easily once you sign up.

Their "bypass" is not working. The refund is "limited" to 1000 words.

I needed something to remove some elements from a previous prompt. Tested on a very small batch, it was 50-50. I made the big mistake of subscribing for a month. I used it ONCE, roughly 5000 words. The result was LAUGHABLE! OF course, I'm not happy with the product for my money, and I asked for my money back.
Firstly, they pretend they haven't read the email properly... Secondly, after asking me to tell them where and what the issue is, they let me know they cannot refund me because I had more than "1000" words...

So keep in mind, this company still makes money on you. Probably selling your data as well. But I promise you that we will be finding out soon.

To the BypassGPT: Is this your way of doing business? Taking people's money without providing services?

When i was taking a 1 month Subscription it was working Smoothly and i am using since 1 or 2 Years i used to take a Only 1 month Subscriptions only But When i have taken a 1 year Subscription it was Showing me so many Glitches and my work was also has stopped and i cant do my work on time i was in very much trouble at that it was so bad thing for me with this app

At first, it was very good and undetectable, but now the humanizer keeps changing the meaning of words and writing off point. Recently, my assignment was detected by turnitin and I almost failed the course. The application should be upgraded cos I am on a one-year plan, which I did not bargain for. I advise that we should be able to prompt the AI to write the way we want.

I dislike that there is a minimum nuber for review the paragraph, it should allowed less evn sentences. Other aspect limitation on dictuonary and traduction. Should include more languages such as Spanish writing and the ability to put instructions. Overrall is a very accurate program. Those are my two recomendations.
