Firstly their ad was in AU dollars. Charged in US dollars and then the following week charged my card again for double the amount.

Do not be fooled by the fake endorsements or the story that it was developed by NASA engineers. They do not honor their 14-day return policy and they do not answer emails after the first time you contact them for a return. Save yourself time, money, and a lot of trouble and avoid this company and their products.
