It's been 45+ days of not receiving my wife's infusion sets. She is now out of them. Multiple calls (8-10) with various run-around tactics (need to prescription, etc). Main reason is "Tandem is o... See more

I will never purchase another product from Byram Healthcare.
I received a $5,179 bill before they even submitted the claim to my insurance company. Trying to speak with someone by phone is an exercise in patience—I spent about 12 minutes on hold just to get an answer.
For comparison, my doctor’s claim shows as partially paid on my BCBS portal within 24 hours. Three weeks later, there is still no acknowledgment of the Byram charge on my insurance site—yet the full bill arrived in my mailbox. The statement I received me gave me 2 weeks pay my balance in full.
This is poor billing practice, poor communication, and an extremely disappointing experience overall.
one star is generous. the words despicable, unethical, unprofessional and disrespectful come to mind. I will NEVER use or recommend this disgusting company! No follow through, over charging, no experience all added up to price gouging me!!!
Horrendous. Horrible. Hideous. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND THEY DON’T CARE. Throw this 1-Star review in the HUGE (another H word) pile over there.
What made my experience great was the customer support and help I received from Cindy at call center 51. Cindy went above and beyond to help me sort out the issues I was having. Cindy made me feel relaxed and valued because, she is a genuine type who helps from the heart. Thank you Byram and especially Cindy for all your help in getting me the supplies I need.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Everything is confusing and they have no idea about anything happening in their own building. I’ve been trying to reorder my Omnipod for 1 1/2 hours and I’ve been transferred 5 times. The incompetence is astounding.
this is the WORST company EVER. I unfortunately have to deal with them for my sons Diabetes supplies. he's supposed to be on auto ship and they NEVER auto ship. I have to call them every three months. Like hello? his Type 1 Diabetes will not magically go away. he needs his supplies every three months forever!! Every customer service agent is from India and hard to understand. My Insurance HSA sends them payments and they claim they don't receive them so they refuse to send my son the supplies he needs to SURVIVE. I've been back and forth with Anthem and Byram for a month trying to get this resolved. Twice now the rep has had computer issues and I've had to call back and repeat myself and I've also been hung up on after waiting on hold. They also kept sending my son's requests to the wrong Doctor over and over again.I wish Anthem would find a new supplier! I had none of these issues when I could order direct from Dexcom and Tandem. WHAT A JOKE
You are better off not working with this company. Customer service is atrocious. Marketing is deceptive. They will withhold life saving equipment... that they market for $0, your insurance refuses to pay, and quietly send you to collections.
After requesting a paper invoice in order to pay for my supplies perhaps a half dozen times and not receiving one I decided to call them for an update. I was told the bill had been sent to their collection agency and I would need to pay them. I promptly paid the bill and then called them back in order to lodge a complaint with someone of authority. I was placed on hold and then hung up on. I called back only to be told that a supervisor was not available right now and someone would call me back. I won’t hold my breath. I will never do business with them again. If I could give zero stars I would have.
Worst customer service when trying to resolve order issues they created!
Absolutely worst in communication regarding orders.
I have been a customer of Byram since 2023. If I could give them a minus number in my review I would. As I am typing this I am on Ignore with a customer service rep for over 1/2 hour. I have 2 insurances and Medicare is my primary which covers 100% of my CGM and pump supplies. When I re-order I always have to call because somebody in billing switches my insurance to what theqy think it should be! If I could buy my supplies from the local junk yard I would. The upper management needs courses on customer care and service. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing in this extremely poorly run business! BBB gives them an A+? what a joke BBB is!
My father double paid a shipment in June 2025. The final bill was paid 8-22-2025. I called 9-19-2025 to find out balance. Byram healthcare confirmed there was credit on account. They want to hang on to it for next supplies. No next supplies. Check would take 6-8 weeks. Little excessive, but I'll wait. 11-7-2025 called billing. No check issued yet. They would send to escalation team which would call me back in 36-72hrs. 11-13-2025 called billing. No update. Can't transfer me to anyone. They will escalate and call me back within day.
I am customer of byram they provided me with wound care products. I am diabetic as a result I have suffered the loss of parts of my feet. byram provided gauze, ace type bandages and gauze pads and what they called ancillary kits. They have been providing these items for months. Recently I received a bill for 96dollars and some odd cents I called them they said don't worry about it. Then I received a notice from IC Systems stating that I had an overdue balance of 36 dollars and some odd cents so I called byram I was told that it happened in error. That they would move that balance back to my account but that I would no longer be able to order supplies unless I paid the account balance of 156 dollars I explained that I am on a fixed income and unfortunately I didn't have sufficient funds could I make payment arrangements they said I would need to pay 30 percent down I explained that I was on a fixed income could I speak to a supervisor. After waiting for 30 minutes on hold I was told Supervisor was not available but I would receive a call back. I waited over a week. The. I called them today insisting on speaking to a Supervisor I spoke to Greg who told me that the balance on my account was now 223 dollars and some odd cents. I asked Greg why no coinsurance cost had accrued on my previous invoices he had no answer. All I can say is I wouldn't do business with byram
I ordered Tandem diabetic supplies from Byram over a week ago. Today I received a "read-only" message that they need "further documentation." What documentation? This has happened on a regular basis during my entire time. Customer service is of no help whatsoever, it's only someone in another country who is reading a script and is of no service at all. Avoid Byram.
Product arrived just fine, but absolutely miserable customer service. Pleasant enough attitudes, but after at least 7 separate calls (I've kind of lost count at this point) my issue remains unresolved. The last two times I called they said my issue needed to be escalated and that I would receive a call back, but I have yet to receive a call from anyone who can actually help me. I was also placed on hold for the escalation team, and my call dropped after waiting on the line for 30 minutes. Twice.
I paid them for the product and have full records of that payment (records which I sent them) but they are still saying I didn't pay for it and won't acknowledge the proof of payment I've sent. Healthcare and money are both sensitive issues for many people, and based on my experience, unless you don't mind wasting your time and money, buy from someone else.
Constant delays in shipping supplies! Every 90 days it requires multiple calls and wait times to verify the exact same order. To make things even worse it is very seldom that you can talk to someone who speaks fluent English. If you have the opportunity to use another supplier do yourself a favor and avoid Byrum!
Don't fall for byram workers to tell you to call on Saturday. That person can do nothing. She can't answer questions because she doesn't know, she can't order supplies. All she can say is yes i see your iformation. On the portal the dressings i need for my lymphedema which are paddings for under the wraps, says shipped on 10/24 and still in progress. Can't be both. So i don't have the padding that wound care ordered last Friday, i don't have. So now i have to let the fluid reaccumulate in my legs or stay in bed. Until who knows when. I was told my home health nurse is ordering my supplies. That funny, i don't have a homecare nurse never have, never will. Then i was told Heologics was orderingvthe supplies. I said you can't give me a million dollars to go to a heologics wound care. Byram is the worst. I love when you talk to them, the dogs are barking in the back ground, kids talking, dropping things. I asked the one person if she fell off thd chair.
Won't help you replace defective products already purchased, makes you call the manufacturer so basically your out the high cost of an expensive needed medical product, snotty customer service with no troubleshooting help
My Occupational Therapist tried to order compression socks from this company. They sent the wrong item that is not even close to what I need. My OT then called them to attempt to get the correct item. She was frustrated with customer service but was assured they would send me return info. They never did and keep billing me. Just called 'customer service' and wasted 10 minutes listening to the 'deal' I was going to get on a medical alert device. I tried repeatedly to get to a real person but eventually it just hung up on me. There is no way I am paying for this, and they can just eat the bill.
UPDATE: I did get a response that told me to send an email to them with the details of the problem. Sent the email and they promptly fixed the issue and cleared my account. Still only moving to 2 stars.
I need diabetes supplies every month or I die. It has been 2 months since my last supplies got delivered. Every time I call them to tell them I NEED my supplies they tell me it's to early to order. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS!!! and the customer service reps are all rude and not helpful as all.
Beyond disappointed with Byram Healthcare. I wish I had read all these negative reviews before ordering my breast pump through Byram Healthcare. It's been frustrating trying to get my breast pump order released to me. I end up needing to be induced due to medical reasons and need my pump deliver earlier than my original due date. I reached out to Byram and they said they needed a pre-auth from my insurance/provider in order to expedite and release my order to me but I should get my order soon. A week goes by and nothing..mind you I'm getting induced in a few days now. So I took the initiative to call my OB and asked them to fax pre-auth to Byram after playing phone tag. My OB advised the process is Byram is supposed to send in the order to my provider office for them to sign off on my order. However, they went ahead and called Byram and faxed pre-auth to Byram. Next day I followed up with Byram they said they still haven't received anything and told me to get a copy of pre-auth and email it to them. I feel like they just don't want to do the work! I don't understand why Byram can't reach out to the provider's and insurance for these authorizations.
