I ordered 4 creams, but two of them arrived unsealed, and one was dirty and seemed used – there was very little product inside. I contacted the company, but they didn’t help me at all: I couldn’t return the products, I didn’t get a refund, and they didn’t send replacements either. They only told me that the creams were “just a bit dirty” and that I should wipe them. I explained that one of the creams was almost empty, but it didn’t matter. Basically, I paid £20 for those two creams for nothing.

My favourite summer product, it’s more than 2 years me and all my friends enjoy it! The best for skin moisturise and sun colour

I've used Bytokko Shine Brown for 6 years now and decided to have a look at some of their other things. I decided to order the Coconut Bomb for hair. OMG! normally After drying my hair it is frizzy but after using this my hair looks like i don't even need straightners! my hair feels so amazing. I shall be ordering more of the coconut Bomb, if i could give it 10 stars i would.

Brilliant service everytime,had a slight problem with a order that went missing,which was not their fault was the couriers But on contacting them via email,was all sorted and received what I ordered today.Alqays great service and products.My go to every time for my hair.

I want to write this review as when I read them I panicked they would not come so email customer services straight away they assured me they were coming even though I had no tracking number well I ordered Friday and they have come today Wednesday all good no leaks cream has an extra lid on top do not to leak over all looks good and arrived in good condition just to try it out now when I go on my holidays 😀

They replied quickly. The items sent and received within 5 days.. l received them today. l have also bought about 3 other products locally. Very helpful. Also main thing is they are very good products. Thank you :)

Fast delivery. The products are great. Smells great and the tanning is awesome. The aftersun really takes care of your skin after the sun. I have ordered the lipoil this time too. No more burned and dry lips.

I can honestly say this experience has left me never ordering again.
Ordered on the 20th July, paid via Apple Pay which holds all my details, address, phone number etc. The order was delayed due to “incorrect telephone number” which is a physical impossibility, the number is over 30 years old and is the only one linked to my Apple Pay. When chasing it, I was told that it would still take 8 working days despite the money being taken immediately out of my account. I pointed this out the the CS team and also advised I could buy it cheaper from Amazon with next day delivery. No response.

The products arrived on the 4th August, they arrived slightly open as the lids hadn’t been secured properly and one of them had leaked in to the packaging. Needless to say, I can’t use them.

I think I will stick to the alternative I’ve been using!

The products are always excellent. I love the smell and the texture. I have almost all of them and they are fine. They deliver fast, never a problem

I've been using Byrokko for a few years now, at home in the UK and abroad! Brilliant stuff and skin much softer after using the sun oils and aftersun. Smells lovely too! It always arrives within a week from ordering too.

Don't use royal mail as a delivery company never received parcel had to re order through amazon so I was guaranteed delivery

I have used shine brown oil & shine brown cream before but thought I would try the yellow one ! Expecting it to smell of papaya or banana or at least fruity? But it doesn't smell nice at all ! So a bit disappointed if I were to be honest , I added £4.95 for the mystery gift & was also disappointed to receive a tiny tube of after sun .

Received my Gummies really quickly. Also got 2 phase tanning oil which I haven't used it but am sure it's amazing. As a surprise got 2 sachets of carotene tanning cream - thank you
