My appointment was bang on time and the tests I was undergoing were explained very clearly and performed very efficiently. My particular tests provided immediate results, in the form of graphs, which I found to be well presented and perfectly understandable. Peter also demonstrated what the results meant in reality, using diagrams on the wall and I came away with a far better understanding of what's been going on with my hearing, than any of the other Specialists I've seen over the past 5 months. I can only describe my experience as excellent.

Suffering with earwax on the eardrum. All other audiologists appear to only offer micro suction which isn’t appropriate. Byrom offers multiple methods including a water based option which was immediately used. Total success! Such a relief to find someone that could resolve my problem. On the negative side I would suggest it was generally expensive for wax removal for one ear if you merely had micro suction BUT the professionalism and skill level is worth paying for! Thanks so much!!

Peter was professional and outstanding in his field (not farmer's field!!). Would highly recommend any procedure done by him. Will be going again, whether he likes it or not!! He did have to put up with me, poor bloke.

Booking an appointment was easy and I was seen withing a couple of days. At the consultation Peter took time to understand the issues I was having and then provided some excellent treatment, which solved the problem in one session.

Really super service. Welcoming, clean, clinic at the Thornbury where I was able to park with ease. Peter is knowledgeable and professional explains what is being done clearly. I had had my ears cleared previously on the NHS and found it to be fairly uncomfortable this time there was no discomfort at all despite me having narrrowed ear canal. Amazing service, really catered to my needs

I booked in for earwax removal after suffering temporary hearing loss. The whole experience was first class from start to finish. I got an appointment on the day and time I requested. All staff from reception to any staff member walking past were friendly and helpful. I wasn't waiting long before Mr Byrom called me into his office. He was very clear and explained what was going to happen he made me feel very relaxed. The procedure was quicker than I expected and was totally pain free and not uncomfortable at all. Thank you Mr Byrom for making the experience stress free.

I've had several appointments with Peter to have ear wax removed and have always come away feeling much better. The appointment process is straightforward, the setting is clean and Peter is careful and efficient.

A great experience. I have had three sessions with Peter Byrom regarding my Tinnitus that had become difficult to cope with. I'm pleased to say I'm back to normal life again and can manage my Tinnitus well. The service I recieved was friendly, personal and professional, highly recommended.

Great experience. Could get an appointment quickly. After me giving an outline of the issue, Peter explained every single step as he did it. No pain, no issues and I was given advice on what to do going forward. All in all a positive experience and I would use Byron Audiology again.

I was fitted in quickly for a hearing test. The process was clearly explained & I was treated kindly. Very reassuring experience.

We took our 5-year-old to see Peter after she failed her school hearing test. Got an appointment the first week of the summer holidays and within minutes of being in the room, Peter identified she had glue ear.
He was great with our daughter, putting her at ease and making the hearing ‘game’ fun for her to do. We returned for a follow-up 3 weeks after using the daily treatment Peter advised, to find that her hearing had improved enough to be within the normal range for her age.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter - he made everything very easy, explained things well and saved us lots of worrying. Thank you very much

The day before my holiday my ears were completely blocked and in danger of ruining the break … I called Peter Byrom who by chance had a cancellation and within 45 mins of picking up the phone I was walking back to my car with my ears fully cleaned and operational.
The staff on the phone and in the practice were very helpful and professional.. thanks for saving my break
