False guarantee
I bought an E-sim tonight at 19:13 5 days, unlimited data for streaming the cricket. OI chose ByteSIM as there website it states "Speed Policy: For Unlimited Plans Guaranteed 1080p HD streaming speeds, even under Fair Usage Policy." After only 1 hr of streaming the cricket went off and we had used out data. I contacted customer service, who were very quick in answering. (giving 1 star for this) Informed them of issue and they said we had used our data for the day 1822.42 MB. So unlimited is not unlimited people and no Guaranteed of 1080 p. Now they are going to give me 80% of what I paid, I don't care about that, I don't want others be ripped off.
I have read your answer and don't believe it was answered to the questions.
The "Guarantees 1080p HD streaming speed, even under Fair Usage Policy" This statement is untrue and your answer reflects it.

Our unlimited plans operate under a Fair Usage Policy (FUP), which is a standard practice across all global telecom operators. This means that while data is not capped in total usage, high-speed data may be subject to daily thresholds, after which speeds can be managed to ensure network stability for all users.
Regarding “1080p streaming”, this refers to the network’s ability to support HD streaming under normal conditions. However, actual streaming performance can still vary depending on factors such as network congestion, local coverage, server-side streaming optimization, and usage patterns (e.g. continuous video streaming).
We understand this may not have been as clear as it should be, and we are continuously improving how we communicate these details.
That said, as you mentioned, our team has already offered an 80% refund, which reflects our intention to resolve the issue fairly, even when the service has been partially used.
We truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both transparency and service quality.

The service is so good that I sent a lot of inquiries late at night, expecting the staff to reply in the morning, but I received responses immediately, and they were polite and able to answer my questions. Even though I had to issue a refund because my phone module was incompatible, they were still polite and responded really quickly to help me. I feel so bad that my phone doesn't support eSIMs. I would buy more here!

Saved the day
Very stressful coming to Morocco with an O2 contract from the uk; roaming is pretty much non existent
Had bought an orange esim and that and my o2 refused to work for data
Eventually bought a Byte SIM which also didn't work but the whats app help for Byte sorted it; when you upload the esim you had to manually turn on data roaming for the sim itself

Customer service responded VERY quickly (much quicker than I thought) and was able to resolve the problem that I had to my utmost satisfaction.
I've used other eSIM providers in the past, found ByteSIM by chance and switched. Not looking back and actually wished I have found ByteSIM to begin with!
