I love byte tag! Not only is it great for my pets, if lost, it has a life time warranty. My husky got out and went for a stroll and I was able to find him (playing happily in a group of kids) a few blocks over because someone scanned the code! It was so easy. We have the silicone tag and unfortunately my dog decided to checkout a skunk. Luckily he wasn’t too bad but BOY does silicone absorb all the skunk smell. I emailed ByteTag to see if they had any recommendations how to clean it but they let me know about the lifetime warranty and I just had to pay $3 for the shipping. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Received a ByteTag for my dog as a gift and after a year and a half it fell off, I’m assuming from natural wear and tear. I contacted support about a replacement and Taylor was so helpful and efficient and within minutes provided me with the warranty information and a discount for my free replacement tag, I just had to pay shipping. Appreciate the product and the great customer service!

I love ByteTag! My dog ruined his tag! When I emailed asking about a different style for the replacement, Taylor responded quickly with a yes. So easy to set up, and knowing I have such a great support team, if I need them, is very reassuring! I even ordered a second one for my friend. A great price to pay for the peace of mind! I have had two bytetags for my dogs for just over 3 years. I would like to say that I absolutely love them. I have complete peace of mind when I take them out off leash. I love how if your dog is lost the person who scans the bytetag can share the location with the owner. I also used to carry multiple different dog tags on their leashes which caused alot of different clanking noise. I love having my own custom URL for my dogs with all of their different needs and information on it. The designs of their tags are also very nice and pretty. Them offering a Lifetime Warranty on their items are also a massive plus in my book. I recommend Bytetag to anyone with pets that are off leash.

I had ordered byte tags in January of 2023 & just this weekend, one broke and one came off in the lake and got lost. I emailed customer service & within 24 hours I got a response & a promo code for enough for two free ones as replacements. The customer service support team who I talked to was absolutely amazing! They were quick & super helpful!

I wish I could give no stars in my rating. There is NO customer support! You have to search to find email address than no response. I don’t have all day to spend online. What about a phone number to call.

This is a great product I don’t understand why people are having problems with it. I have a fence in yard then all of sudden I get alert someone has scan my dog tag. I’m up off my seat reply to phone call and within 10 minutes my pet back. I just today email customer service I lost a tag. Which 3 hours I got a reply and code to

This stupid tag has never tracked my cat. It shows he's outside the house but he's not. It's worthless. Now my cat is missing and maybe dead and have no idea where his body is. Because this byte tag service is worthless and doesn't work. When I contacted the company to complain the first time, it was my problem ofcourse. Cell service or wifi or whatever. I live in an extremely populated city with cell towers and excellent in home wifi. So they are full of crap. DO NOT RELY ON THEM TO TRACK OR PROTECT YOUR PET. WASTE OF MONEY WITH NO SERVICE OR SUPPORT.

My puppy chewed her Bytetag so I contacted customer service via email. I received a response within 15 minutes with information regarding the lifetime warranty and a discount code to order a free replacement tag.

I love the slide tag. Not only do I not have to worry about hearing a constant jingle as my indoor/outdoor dog walks around the house, but the features of this tag are phenominal. I get real time alerts if someone scans my dogs collar, and they get my phone number to call me. I can also keep my dogs health information available in worse-case-scenario and someone else needed to take my dog to his vet, or any vet for that matter. In my experience, customer service is amazing (less than 24hr response by email through the website), and the lifetime warranty cannot be beat. We have one on both his inground fence collar, and the collar we use for when he is away from home. They definitely have a customer for life.

Both of our dogs have a ByteTag and I've even tested it out and as soon as I scan it, it gives the whole rundown of each of my dogs and how to get a hold of us. It's easy and even provides their vet's information. The customer service is great, too. One of our dogs eventually broke the thick silicon tag and since they have a lifetime warranty, I had reached out to get a replacement. They responded quickly and helped me get a new one ordered just as quickly. I absolutely recommend the ByteTag to anyone who wants to make sure that if their pet is lost and found, that they are well taken-care of until you are reunited again.

Easy to set up, can provide a wealth of information about your pet if desired. Customer response time was excellent.

I think Bytetag went through a rough patch but seems to be back in track. I loved my dog's Bytetag and use the easy app to update his location when we travel with him. After years of use it broke (because I put it in the washing machine) and they replaced it free of charge! Very Happy with the product but most importantly that the app works and is maintenanced well!

Honestly, I would encourage everyone to get this tag. It may take more than a moment to get your tag, but it is a QR code that needs to be created on a beautiful tag. Once you get the tag you have peace of mine knowing if your pet is safe if they ever get lost.

I have purchased Bytetags for all of my furbabies, and I love them. I have even purchased them as gifts for friends little furbabies. They are cost effective, reliable, great shipping, easy to use site to enter your contact information, and I won't go to another company for these needs! Highly recommend!

This is a great product! The perfect way to protect your fur baby. No monthly fees. I have both the hanging tag and the sliding tags and I love them both. Input your contact information online and if your baby goes missing and is found by a stranger they can scan the tag to find all of your contact info. A bonus is that when the tag is scanned you will get a notificarion with their GPS location. Quick shipping and a fair price.

We ordered a few byte tags last year, shipping was prompt. There was an issue with the split rings which Byte customer service took care of right away and sent me out replacements. We love these tags to keep our pups and cat safe in addition to their microchips. Can't say enough about our experience with Byte and their awesome products

These ByteTags are the best invention ever! They really give me peace of mind, especially if my dog ever wanders off. The customer service was awesome too, super responsive and patient with all my questions. 10 gold stars!
