Extremely Risky and Terrible Customer Service

I am currently dealing with the exchange service via Bybit (Username Ashkan_ex) and I am selling a few thoousand pounds worth of bitcoin to them. Ashkan_ex marked as paid as soon as I opened the trade and has since ignored all my messages to him, effectively locking my coins and preventing me from accessing them. Its been 13 hours and my funds are still locked by him. I thought it's possibly something has happened that has prevented him getting online, but it says he was online ONE HOUR AGO. Furthermore, he re-listed his offers so he's still taking business from other customers. So it means he is deliberately ignoring me, not sending payment and locking my coins for an indefinite amount of time.

BTExchange and the people behind it are shady. It seems they use 3rd party traders to fulfill orders for their customers; but if the 3rd party trader loses those funds, or is a scammer, you will ultimately pay the price.

I really do not recommend.
