Weak customer service
I ordered a dress from this company. The dress came very quick, in 3 days (Norway- Finland).
Dress was defective - shoulder pads were different size - and I did sent it back with a feedback. I wanted a new product. I also had a doubt about the right size and got a help about it from the customer service. After that the customer person asked if I could place completely new order about the smaller size. Never had this kind of request - and this was a expensive dress (565e). I answered that I will not do that, and that I want to cancel the order. She answered that normally this would not be a problem to send a new one under the original order, but that she tried to make a shipping label but my adress was somehow invalid. There was not any problems with the address at the original order.
So I answered again that I want to cancel the order.
The customer service is poor- there is a phone number (”customer line”) but there is nobody answering the phone, just a answering machine. Answering the mails is slow. Hope they get improved the service.
The dresses are beautiful - but also some quality monitoring is needed.
