Really fantastic service
Really fantastic service, excellent value and efficient delivery! Delivery driver was wonderful, so polite and helpful. He arrived quite late in the day which was absolutely no problem for us but still apologised. Couldn’t have had a better experience with bytrade.

Quality products, poor back office procedures.
The birch plywood was good quality. The staff are excellent but both are let down by very poor back office procedures and a hopeless internet ordering system which you must use. Always make sure your order is accepted and will be delivered when you expect. You will not receive an email confirmation.
