Delayed order for winter tire and
I searched for winter tires and found them on this website. The delivery information stated one to four days, but my order, placed at the beginning of January, hasn't arrived yet. This has made me very upset. I appreciate the management sending me an email apologizing for the delay. I understand that sometimes it takes time, but not this long. I'm simply unlucky. I hope my order arrives before the end of winter.

Horrible customer service!
After placing an order I never received an order confirmation as informed in the webshop. ByttDekk claims Norwegian email-adresses (online.no) is not supported by their system. As a result I ended up placing 2 identical orders. ByttDekk accepted to take one order in return without cost but it took more than 2 months + leagal action before I finally was refunded. Horrible customer service!

I ordered tires and rims on the same time and I only got the tires delivered.
Mabe the rims were oute of stock and will come later but it whud have been nice to get some information from you about the rims.

3-6 days delivery they saying - it's not.
it was said that dekks will come from 3-6 days. After 10 days they accepted my order. After that still waiting. So totally from this time is 17 days. And it's still on the way.

Never again this Company
Hey i dont know how opinion on this site is So Good about this Company, Just look Google opinion...i will be never buy nothing more from this Company. Waiting 1 month for tires and finaly i got 3x tires from 2024 and 1x tire from 2023 looks like garbage and we got almost 2026. Dont tell story to peoples that is normal selling Old tires loking like one big garbage . BEFORE somebody order from this Company check Google opinion!!!!

I am unable to see any details regarding your tires, but since we store all of our products according to the supplier´s recommendation the quality of the tires is unaffected. With correct storage, even 5 year old tires have the same qualities as a newly produced one. Would Buy Again!
Ordered online and got the tyres sent to Hurum Dekk.
Tyres delivered in a short time after and i booked a time to get them put on the car. Everything went super smooth.
Impressed that the tyres are new stock 11/25 and we are in week 30/25

Half of the recieved rims was damaged when inspecting them. Came with no protection, just a plane cardboard box.

The rims are packaged according to the carrier's recommendations, which include that the packages should be stackable on top of each other and withstand a certain drop height without being damaged.
