It would not let me put zero stars. I bought a dress by their size guide and it did not fit. I requested a refund and the keep giving me the run around. Offering my $7.00 as a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The dress I bought was so disappointing! Nothing at all like the pictures. I have been going back and forth trying to get return in and a refund. This company has done nothing! Awful clothing, worse customer service! DO NOT BUY BYWOY

Dresses came. Good quality! Disappointed that colors on one dress did not match the pictures.

The dress is beautiful!! I ordered a size up and glad I did. It fits a size smaller then I expected. Shipping was slow but that’s not the company’s fault. I will order again. The quality is amazing!!

I was worried about the sizing. I wear an XL(12-14) in the US. I ordered an XL and it fits perfectly! The material is like a lightweight rayon so the dresses can be worn year around. I’m very happy with the two dresses I bought and will definitely be ordering more.

The dress I ordered was just as sensational on me as the model and the fabric is a soft light jersey so the white side pocket is visible through the dress. Not a huge issue.
However what I didn’t like was that this company eluded their garments were UK made - which mine was not. It came from China and took 12 days and I was billed in US dollars (after it had been advertised in GBP) which meant I had paid a currency conversion charge as well. So beware

Firstly, the dress I purchased - I like very much. However, your sizing chart is misleading for Australia. It suggested that, as AUS Size 16, L would be my size and - when I tried it on after receiving my order - it is clear that I need an XL. After emailing you about an exchange process and waiting 2-3 days, I received a response that said I will need to pay (again) for postage. But it gave me NO information about where to return my garment or who/where to pay this extra postage (which I don't necessarily agree with as the error was due to your sizing chart). I paid initially by following the ordering process on line and the initial postage was part of that order. I have emailed again and 24hrs later, I'm still awaiting a response. I DO like the dress but would like it in a size I can wear...with very minimal or no extra cost please. Thank you, Sue.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful dress and when it arrived it was nothing at all like the picture. I emailed them to see about returning it for a refund but they ignored me. I posted on their facebook page where i ordered from to see about returning it and they blocked me. Its clearly a scam and they sell shoddy goods not fit for purpose then ignore you.

Quality much better than expected, but received the incorrect size. I ordered a medium and received a large, so trying to sort that out, but so far communication has been good.
