Customer Service dreadful
XL Bucket ordered as a present arrived with multiple marks all over. I was told to arrange my own return. The Amazon return process stated I needed a printer (I do not have one) That I needed to drop a huge box delivered by DHL at a return shop. I don’t drive and am disabled! I was told to ask for a lift or walk!!!
