This bank was involved in the theft of 80,000 euros and allowed the fraudster to open an account using fraudulent documents, while the bank states on its website that it is not possible for the fraudster to open an account, so I wonder why.

Great banking app with extensive features; very low to no costs; very easy account migration process.

An English language interface is sadly missing. It also unfortunately requires German tax residency, so you need to close your account if you change residency even within the EU. Another small downside is that there is no business account offering. And the integration with the CHECK24 comparison portal could be made much more seamless for users.

They closed my Account for no reason since 1 Year.
They don't get back to me either.
I'll have to call the police.

The identification process just feels so demeaning. After a glitch in the verification process, had to go through a telephone agent. Sadly, German Customer Service is scarce at the best of times and everything feels so impersonal. I know I'm one of thousands of customers, but, would be nice not to feel like I'm disturbing someone's day when I have no other choice - and it's their job after all.

They're scam they seized my money for over 50days now and they kept charging me for monthly fees ...I kept chatting them on the app but they will direct me to call and when I call they won't allow me speak with a human and it's no longer funny ...I need my money it's over €4,425

The bank sent me a letter that my account is closed and promised to make a refund, Its getting to 2 month, I haven't gotten my balance nor response

C24 bank offers a modern banking experience with its intuitive app and innovative features like 'pockets' and cashback. The 2% interest rate on all accounts is appealing. The only area for improvement would be increasing the number of free ATM withdrawals per month

Services are very swift, quick to open an account, your card comes almost immediately(few days). Easy to use.

C24 Bank has been the worst banking experience I've ever had☹️. My account, with 500 euros in it, was suddenly locked😔, and despite multiple calls, messages, and emails, I haven't received any response. I've been trying to resolve this issue for over three months now, but customer service only promises that the account will be unlocked, and nothing ever happens. I honestly don't understand how this bank has a 4.8-star rating. It's really surprising to me how so many people have given such good reviews, I just can't understand how they've had such positive experiences.
