Easy to open an account, easy to pass verification. Really user-friendly application with a lot of nice features. Perfect conditions related to banking services. I would recommend it to anyone for sure!

Very good German bank
Very good German bank, transactions are reliable, app has all the features, it's very cheap and they send you free girocard!
The only single complain I have is a bad UX, for example in Vivid I need like 3 clicks to do a transaction, in C24 I need to do 6.
Things where you can combine views, are divided on several pages, like you chose the pocked and amount of money on 2 different pages? Why, just why do I need to go to another page to just specify the money?
There is also no way to select all the money that I have.
If C24 Bank would hire modern UX/UI designers, then I would simply rate it 5/5

Bank is fine, no real issues but they don't give you the 75 euro sign up bonus because "we made the mistake". Really unacceptable that they don't do it.

Account frozen without explanation
They froze my account just 2 days after signed up.
I am a german citizen, I completed every step of the verification process, I have zero debts, no criminal records and a Schufascore above 98%.
They don't explain why or when they will release my money.
